I had a issue with a pergola side screen not retracting correctly. I sent a support email and within 15 minutes I had received a call from their technical support who talked me through how to resolve it. Problem solved. Truly amazing service!

Great service from start to finish absolutely love our aluminium corner sofa set, arrived earlier than expected, it was well packaged and easy to assemble. Would highly recommend.

I received my delivery one week ago and was disappointed to discover that several essential components were missing from the package. While the main product itself arrived, all of the tools and hardware required for assembly, including the screws, nuts, bolts and other fittings, were absent.
I reported the issue immediately and provided the information requested by the company. However, a full week later, I am still waiting for confirmation that the missing parts have even been dispatched. This has left me unable to assemble or use the product, which is extremely frustrating after already waiting for delivery.
From what I can see, the product itself appears to be of good quality and I have no concerns regarding its design or construction. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has significantly detracted from what could otherwise have been a positive purchase.
Communication following the sale has been poor. There is no telephone number available to speak with someone directly, leaving email as the only means of contact. Responses to emails have been very slow, and updates regarding the status of my case have been limited. As a customer, I would expect much more proactive communication, particularly when an order arrives incomplete.
At this stage, my main concern is not the missing parts themselves, as mistakes can happen, but the lack of urgency and communication in resolving the issue. I hope the company improves its post-sale support and responsiveness, as these are just as important as the quality of the product being sold.

Order is over 2 weeks overdue and cannot get a response from customer services as to when to expect items despite asking more than once.
Availability was a key decision when ordering for me and feel they have been a little disingenuous with dates

We purchased an aluminum garden set with fire pit. After making the order, we received an email stating that our order would be delivered by a third party. I reached out to Casa Maria to find the tracking information but received a response back confirming that the third party would reach out to us to schedule delivery. This was not the case. The third party randomly showed up at 7:30 one morning to deliver the boxes. This is not Casa Maria's issue, but there really wasn't any after sales information or correspondence from them. They just seem to take your money then don't provide any customer service after the fact. The other issue is that the paint on the aluminum isn't very resilient and in my opinion this set will not last long outdoors. The glass wind protector piece that goes around the actual fire pit got moved across the table by high winds and it caused a gouge in the paint. Keep in mind that this glass piece is made to go on the table and keep wind from blowing out the flame, so clearly is a design flaw. I contacted Casa Maria about this issue as we only had the table for a week (which is now damaged); it seemed like they were going to help us with a replacement table but wanted to charge an additional £125 just for some painted aluminum. All said and done, they have wiped their hands of it and have completely disregarded my emails. They are now aware of this design flaw but are still selling this product as a sturdy garden set. I don't feel it is worth the price that they are selling it for and I am willing to bet that we will have to replace this set in the very near future as it is easily damaged and honestly cheaply made.

Edit: Casa Maria has replied to my post so I felt I needed to include some additional details. Nowhere on their website does it state that the glass partition is to be removed in high winds. Also, the glass wind protector (glass partition) has feet/supports that it rests on. It was the feet that actually caused the damage, not the actual glass. You would think that the feet would come with pads to protect the table paint/finish, especially if the table is easily susceptible to damage. So to summarize, it was a part of the product which damaged the table. So if you purchase this product, be careful when moving the glass partition, because it could easily damage the table, which is supposed to be high quality and resilient as it is an outdoor table.

After a few email exchanges regarding how to resolve this, including an insulting £20 compensation payment for a damaged £900 table, they went completely silent and stopped replying.

We continued to chase them but still have had no response.

Do not buy from them.

Amazing service, had some minor issues with 2 screens that came out faulty and it was resolved quickly and efficiently.
Would definitely recommend and will be using again for my outdoor furniture!

I recently purchased an aluminium pergola from Casa Maria and I am extremely pleased with both the product and the service. The pergola is very solid, well-made, and looks fantastic in the garden. The quality exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful quality and good value. Given 4 stars because one chair was very difficult to fit and it nearly broke but my other half is handy and managed to save it somehow. Delivery quick. Happy with purchase.

It's just amazing to sit in made great difference to my lovely garden a my poorly husband loves sitting in it as its cool when sunshine is little to hot only thing when it rains it come in gazebo through mesh sides and wets everything but I cope with it just amazing people can't believe how posh it is a so beautiful ❤️

We bought the 3 piece grey aluminium garden sofa set. It arrived promptly, and was very easy to assemble. It looks great in our new Pergolux pergola and the quality of the cushions is great too as makes it very comfortable too! Highly recommend as great prices as well 👍
