The map is virtual and can be moved to show different areas.
It shows where my cat is at any one time. You can set up safe areas so if he moves out of them I can track where he goes in real time. This is a great tracker

Well this product and company can't help you enough when issues arise... I had the device for just over a week when it stopped charging, so I contacted customer care and they sent out 2x new charging cables which fixed the issue immediately.... so great GPS and customer care is 5 stars 🌟

This is a complete scam
Absolutely atrocious company. They sent the wrong item then argued for weeks about me returning it. I returned it tracked and know it was received and signed for on 22nd May, 18 days ago. I still have not received my refund. There is no excuse for holding onto my money. This company has scammed me out of over £100. Do not have anything to do with them. Certainly do not commit to subscribing to anything, god only knows what they do with your data. Not only have I been scammed by Weenect, but shortly after purchasing from them, I have been contacted by scammers using the “I’ve changed my phone, please send money” story. I feel very exposed by dealing with this scam company.

We completely understand that waiting for a refund is stressful, so we would like to be fully transparent about where things stand. Following your return, your refund has been approved, and the refund for your product was initiated on 10 June to your original payment method (the return postage costs we agreed to cover were also reimbursed). Once a refund has been issued on our side, the time it takes to appear in your account — generally 5 to 10 business days — depends on the banking networks and is, unfortunately, outside our control. It should therefore reach you very shortly, if it has not already.
We must, however, respectfully but firmly address one point: Weenect is an established company and in no way a "scam". Your withdrawal was accepted in full and your money refunded; at no stage was there any intention to keep it.
We would also like to reassure you regarding the message you received about a "changed phone number" and a request to send money. This is a well-known phishing scam circulating very widely and entirely independently of Weenect — it has no connection whatsoever to us or to your purchase. We never sell or share our customers' personal data with third parties, and your information is handled in full compliance with the GDPR.
We are genuinely sorry that your overall experience did not meet the standard we aim for. If the refund has still not reached you, please contact us via the contact form on our website and we will follow it up for you immediately.
