Amazing quality and fast production. I have ordered acrylic prints from other companies and this is by far the best quality and price.

The service provided was horrible. I stayed 2 days at home to make sure I would receive my delivery. 2 times the delivery guy didn't ring and so I couldn't receive my delivery. I talked to the customer service and the only option they offered me was for me to pay the delivery again (that I already paid). They don't try to be gentle with the customers and just care about money. Really good product but really horrible people, I will never order there again

I brought a heart picture with a clock and is not what i get for the birthday of boyfriend I really don't happy, you must give the customers what them buy not what you want, first and last time i buy from you

This is a company in Spain trying to appear it’s from the UK. My memorial plaque arrived without a photo.
Offered 50% discount off another order. No thanks. Ordered from the UK intend at half the cost. Only went with these as I liked the little gold frame option.

The product was exactly as described, great value for the price. I've read some reviews here that some people have had troubles with shipping but I had no issues at all. Shipped quickly and on time.

I don't recommend this company to anyone. Buying process not as advertised, you are blamed for it and they even reply badly to you.

It's just trash the way they talk to you.

Terrible product quality and terrible customer service. Avoid.

Just ordered a custom mug. When creating the product and according with the wanapix simulation everything was ok. There are no references or guidelines so you can know where are the print limits accordingly with the mug area. The mug came out wrong, both vertically and horizontally. Wanapix puts the responsibility in the client saying that you didn't do it correctly, when the mockup they show you was perfect!

They don't assume the error, they say you were the error, they don't refund or remake the product.

Worst service EVER!

Delivery times are not as advertised. The Company is situated in Spain and appears as being a national Country . Why Can companies nor just be honest. So dissappointing .

Tenha cuidado com este vendedor. Encomendei um puzzle personalizado com eles, e apesar da foto de alta qualidade que carreguei, o puzzle era de má qualidade. A imagem neles estava tão desfocada que pude deitar fora imediatamente o puzzle para o lixo. Quando contactei o vendedor, eles ignoraram completamente a minha mensagem! Eu só recomendaria esta empresa se quisesse deitar fora o seu dinheiro para o lixo.

Be careful with this seller. I ordered a personalized puzzle with them, and despite the high-quality photo I uploaded, the puzzle was of poor quality. The picture on them was so blurred I could right away throw away the puzzle to rubbish. When I contacted the seller, they completely ignored my message! I would recommend this company only if you want to throw away your money to trash.

I decided to write a review after receiving the mugs I ordered as I was very worried after reading some of the reviews here.
So I ordered 2 custom mugs with my artwork and it came out looking really good. The printing is great and the quality of the mugs are also good.
The packing was impeccable, so all good.
I hope more people with good experience write here so other people would not freak out as I did after reading the reviews.
