The measuring and choosing of my carpet experience ( I’ve not had the fitting yet) has been 5 star.Scott was friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble… including my narrow stairs! Can’t wait for the fitting! I will certainly use Tapi again.

We used Tapi at John Lewis, with Fort Kinnaird supplying the carpet, and had a great experience from start to finish. Billy and Conor, our carpet fitters, were communicative, professional, and lovely to deal with throughout. The end result is excellent, and our new floors look great. We’d happily recommend them.

Recently moved to Perth always want to give local traders business and were quoting 5-6 weeks which wasn't ideal gave tapi a call thinking it's going to be expensive. William came out next day with so many samples we were blowing away he asked what our needs were and we we told him. He told us to pick from 6 or7 samples and said I'll get you fitted next week i was a bit worried he just wanted my money. As he was in the house he called the the joiner but didn't answer but within 30 seconds called William back to confirm date we are getting fitted next week also got a call from the store to confirm fit date thank you

Shrewsbury…
Have used the branch in Shrewsbury twice before and currently have a third job in hand. Can’t fault the service in store (Steve) or Gary who came and measured up on each occasion and the fitters who have done a great job each time. All very professional and customer friendly people. Tapi Kings Kynn was incredible on the hottest day of the year Mark help me shift 9 packs of lamite and underlay he also helped me load it directly on the car and had it all ready for me on a pallet.
Not to mentioned the price which was the cheapest anywhere amongst all retailers i’ve been too
