Excellent service from start to finish.
Switch had my car delivered early morning the following day when speaking with them the evening before to book the car hire .
The lovely lady that dropped the car off made sure before she left that I was comfortable with the car after going over everything and showing me how to use all the tech in it as it was different from my car .
Unfortunately when I had the hire car it was involved in someone causing it extensive damage and I could not fault switch for all there help and kindness regarding what happened as I was so upset and anxious about how to deal with this unfortunate incident.
I would 100 percent recommend Switch car hire to anyone needing car hire and will always be happy to use them again if ever needed. I feel they deserve a higher than 5* rating for their excellent overall service .
Thank you Switch for all your help and kindness that I received from you.

I have just had a car delivered from…
I have just had a car delivered from the lovely Mark Spares and Scott from the Worcester branch. They were so friendly. Ran through the car and pointed out any damage which had already been noted. From the many hire cars I have had delivered this service was definitely the best I have had. They even checked the car wasn’t late as they thought it might have been due to a paperwork error but in fact it was earlier from what I had been told. Thank you both.

Car arrived late than than agreed time…
Car arrived late than than agreed time in a dirty state . Being late for appointment I didn’t inspect the car and only one small scratch was pointed out by delivery driver. Car was returned some three days later . I then received an email stating that several scratches and dents were found and I was liable for repairing them.
After complaining that the car was delivered in same state it was returned in the branch cancelled the charges. That was October 2025. In June 2026 a letter of claim arrived saying I was liable for the cost of repair ,to be paid within 30 days . Pointing out the branch had cancelled payment they said they have investigated and the branch has no record of any correspondence. All my emails to them have been deleted on my server due to not backing them up and unable to retrieve.
I would NOT recommend this company. If you have to use them take pictures and save any correspondence.

Misidentified me to Police - NEVER RENT HERE
This company's poor administration led to me being incorrectly identified to the police as the driver of a hire car several weeks after I had returned it. The dated notice from the police was sent to me by Switch/Thrifty, along with their own invoice charging me a fee for processing my details to give to the police. Ironically, the invoice Switch/Thrifty sent me had the correct date of my rental on it, which obviously did not align with the date on the notice of prosecution from the police.
I will never rent from this company again. I'd rather walk.
