I wish I could rate it with zero stars, the absolute worst courier service EVER… driver sent a google image of my house and edited it with my address on the front of my home and also edited the package into the picture as well, however my house was painted a year ago so the google image wasn’t accurate. I contacted customer service and honestly it was a waste of time. I provided camera footage as well as current photos of my home, the photos the delivery driver sent and the photos that Google Maps have and they still wanted to tell me my packages were delivered.. smh you are better off contacting the company you ordered from..them days later the delivery driver texted me about confirming I received the package because they have to pay a fine because I said it wasn’t delivered

My experience is back to great. Only was two times. Think it was a driver that stole out of those. Haven't had any more problems with the last 5 shipments.

Can I give less than 1 Star? Multiple deliveries from various vendors. One large box placed in front of neighbors garage; one package placed on top of garbage cans AT THE STREET FOR TRASH PICKUP; a couple placed on the ground behind my car (neighbor caught it before I ran over it; and several seem to be tossed (literally) anywhere on my yard.

The company lacks integrity. The will ship you the wrong product, not accept returns, suggest you gift the items, to someone else, then begin offering $9.00, $ 16.00, and now at $18.00 to keep items. They refuse to accept exchange for correct size & then state they would likely to "resolve concerns fairly" Shop elsewhere.

If I ever see SwiftX deliver a package by either placing on my front porch or walking 6 feet towards my front door I will come back here and leave a positive review. I'm not holding much hope.

Don't know who the driver was but hiked my package like a football. He stood at the end of my steps and chunked my package so hard I thought it was going to break my glass storm door. Tried to call the number listed but there not taking calls right now. No wonder this company has succkie reviews. Glad there was nothing breakable in my package.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR PAY EXTRA TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED SOMEWHERE ELSE

My package was left not at my door or mail box, it was left in street side walk. I have good neighbors and did not take it. Second time you leave at side walk other could not get any more. I have a big mail box no reason to leave on ground on side walk..swx508640000099991752.

This company is one of the worst delivery companies ever, The drivers are so lazy they cannot take the initiative or the extra step to try to conceal your package. they put your packages right on the end of the steps where they can be easily stolen where anybody could just walk up and steal them instead of taking the extra 2 seconds to put it behind a visible wall that is clearly there next to the steps so that it cannot be seen or stolen this company really needs to train it's drivers how to deliver packages with a little bit more professionalism and customer care.

I ordered something off of TIkTok shop on a Monday afternoon and my order was delivered by SwiftX by Wednesday afternoon. A full day ahead of the ETA. They delivered it so fast and tracking was very up to date.

Purchased the labels and waited for pickup.
No one came for pickup at scheduled time.
Than contacted them , phone was not reachable
Emailed them , no one responded.
Eventually have to cancel shipment with swiftx.

Stop delivering to what is clearly a side door. This "company" has done this multiple times to us in Lowry Crossing, Texas. If I could have given no stars, I would have. I'm beginning to think they are going to that door to see if it is open.
I’m an apartment manager. We don’t have a mail room, and we require deliveries to go to resident’s doors. We have multiple signs up, but time after time, whenever I see a package by the mailboxes, it’s right under the “delivery to resident” signs, and it’s always SwiftX.
SwiftX is a disreputable courier service.
My TEMU package was delivered to the wrong house with a 3 digit house number by SwiftX Courier Service
I notified TEMU and the SwiftX courier service right away same day within 3 hours of their mistake.
By phone I told them the correct 4 digit house number, they admitted their mistake and said they would send some to retrieve my package and redeliver it to the correct house number and address.
That same day by email SwiftX claimed the address was incorrect on the package that the house number had a lower case (i ) was on the label. Then they sarcastically sent me another email with latitude and longitude and a map and told me to go retrieve the package myself.
SwiftX gets paid by TEMU to deliver packages properly, they also print these lables. Only the courier with delivery vehicles can easily approach unknown houses and unknown people's front porches without fear.
A regular person cannot do that and would get shot for theft, trespassing for trying to retrieve their own (wrongfully delivered package) at an unknown person's front porch. SwiftX then lied and told both TEMU and the Seller the package had been delivered. Even though the delivery photos showed a wrong house and wrong 3 digit house number ( that did not match the 4 digit house number on the label of the package they delivered).
So I was denied a refund or reshipment from TEMU and the seller. When the truth was SwiftX dropped it off at a wrong address lied about it and just didn't care.
They are the laziest delivery service.I even know and I get a lot of packages sent in here by many different delivery services.I'm elderly, and they are delivering in an elderly park.As it says so as they enter the park, but yet they don't come up.Three steps to put a package right at the top.They gotta leave it at the bottom.And i've had surgery, so i've had to leave my packages, sit at the bottom until I can get a neighbor over to pick it up. One time, they just set a package on the end of my car on the bumper.I can't believe how lazy they are. Granite, it is this generation of young kids that do this stuff. It's amazing that swift x doesn't do anything any better.As far as the rules go. If I could change who the company I order from, I would.

This is a Horrible Fraudulent company I ordered 2 of the same items from Temu and Temu used Swift X and Bofo as the Couriers for there delivery and I received my item from Bofo friday item was left at front door at 8:06am and swift X says they delivered at 8:52 am I left my house at 9am and only the package from Bofo Courier was outside my door. I left a review yet Swift x took a pics of item already at my front door and the item itself and said they delivered it. Both Courier companies have the same shipping packaging so it looks Exactly the same. After I explained it research it investigated it they told me they cant prove the Courier kept the item, So who would steel one item and leave the other not knowing what's in the package dont use them they will keep your money and have the merchant questioning if your telling the truth since I didn't have a camera lesson learned but SWIFT X DONT TRUST THEY WILL KEEP ITEM IF THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT AND THEY DID... THANK GOD TEMU REFUNDED ME AND I TOLD THEM I NEVER WANT ANYTHING ESLE FROM SWIFT X HORRIBLE CUSTOMER Service as well they told me we cant help you sorry kept my item I know they had since they took the pics it would have shown 2 packages there pics only showed 1 the reason i know they kept it dont trust them
UPDATE, 7/9/2026: The company sent someone to my house without my knowledge to "clean" the door. This person did not ring my doorbell to let me know who he was and why he was there, did not ask me if it was OK for him to try to clean the number off the door, did not ask me if the chemicals he was using were OK to use on my door and did not speak English to answer any of my questions. He also had another person with him who thought it would be a good idea to stand at the bottom of my steps with a "nerf gun", (not sure what that was all about). Because he could not speak English he had to call his son to translate and his son had zero clue as to why he was there to begin with. The issue and the handling of it has been completely unprofessional from the very beginning. During the communication with "the son" I was told the driver no longer works for the company but in an email I was told he was disciplined and would be retrained. The end result is the number is still visible, just not as dark as it once was. I would stay as far away from this company as you can get.
The delivery drive WROTE the number of my house on the bottom of my front door, took pictures of it and attached it to the tracking number. I called CS to lodge a complaint and have been getting the run around asking for "video proof" when the driver himself uploaded a picture without the number followed by a picture with the number. It has been a week and they are back to asking me if I have video proof. I have been to the local PD and signed a vandalism complaint. Looking for an address for their corporate office so I can lodge a complaint with the DCA
