I had a small issue with a ring I ordered, as the stone was set slightly crooked. I contacted customer service and was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. They immediately offered me store credit so I could choose a different piece myself, which I really appreciated.

The communication was friendly, clear and very customer focused. It is rare to experience service that feels this smooth and thoughtful.

Because of the way this was handled, I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended for both the beautiful jewelry and the outstanding customer service.

I ordered two rings from them in December 2025, one of which had tiny gemstones. When one of the stones sadly went missing, they replaced the ring immediately! Great costumer service and great quality pieces!!

Ordering was easy, delivery was fast. Allthough i experienced some problems with the necklace, i contacted the customer service and they were very fast and incredibly helpfull. Overall a perfect shopping experience of a lovely piece of jewelery!

In few words, absolutely amazing experience. I wanted a custom made engagement ring and needed assistance with finding out and deciding on how should the ring look like. I had an initial idea and needed it to be refined.

Everyone I have talked with has been very helpful, starting with shop visit and getting initial idea refined, through receiving the first design that gave a very clear picture on how the final product will look like. With continuous assistance from Emma on my multiple questions and assistance in choosing the right size, that has led to amazing results. (The ring and proposal itself :)) )

Also the prices has been very friendly and competitive from the small research I have done. Definitely recommend.
