I recently ordered my lease car through SBG Fleet and had a really positive experience throughout the process.
Although everything took a few weeks to complete which is expected given the various stages involved such as credit checks, contract paperwork, and approvals – the team made the journey feel smooth and well managed from start to finish.
I mainly dealt with Sat, Harbinder and Pippa, all of whom were professional, responsive and extremely helpful. Whenever something wasn’t clear, they were quick to explain and guide me through the next steps, which made a big difference.
Despite the amount of admin involved, I always felt supported and informed, and that gave me confidence everything was progressing as it should.
I’m really pleased with my new lease car and would absolutely recommend SBG Fleet to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive leasing provider.

My car broke down and I have been told it cannot be fixed for 18 days. To make matters worse, this company completely refuses to supply a courtesy car. I am left entirely stranded without transport for nearly three weeks while still paying my full monthly lease fee. Customer service has been completely unhelpful, showing zero urgency or care for my situation. Avoid this company at all costs if you expect reliable service or any form of support when things go wrong.

Initial salesperson very unresponsive on email. Cars advertised on the website that were then unavailable. Delivery date quoted of 15 June but when order confirmed, I was given a date of 31 August.

Very easy to get into a lease with SG Fleet but customer service is seriously lacking therein.
Since 2024 it feels like their culture has changed and they are more concerned about their balance sheet than keeping up with their obligations and cars remaining safe to drive.
I’ve had service items refused that were showing as overdue, a mileage reduction that resulted in a higher price than being currently paid and don’t get me started on how bald they want the tires before changing them.
I shan’t be getting another car through them and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I have a Tesla through my company on salary sacrifice on which SGfleet is the leasing company. Monthly charges are exceptionally high and on top of that they charge £12.5 for every penalty or notice issued. Plus the customer service is hard to get through. Their would be better providers out their who should be explored first if you are not tied with your company.

I lease my car through SG Fleet as that's who my company chose, they have now moved away to another lease company. My car remains under the SG Fleet lease. It hasn't been the easiest process since the beginning.
The person supporting me in originally getting my car didn't communicate well, ignored queries and I had to constantly chase.
While booking service and check ups which i have to do via SG Fleet, it's been difficult as they book appointments not on the times or dates i've requested or made available and not anywhere near the location i requested. The communications they send to confirm the appointments often have wrong or misleading details on.

Not too bad customer service, but overpriced in comparison to most other schemes.
When trying to change tires you have to wait for the bare legal minimum before they replace.

Great service throughout lease. Brilliant CX very responsive when it came to my questions and the process around servicing and maintenance. Fell down when I tried renegotiate at the end of the lease. Sales were not as responsive and when they did respond the offer was way above market hence I decided to hand back the car.

Unfortunately the experience is generally poor. Communications are always late or uninformative and their accident handling is beyond abysmal. We had someone damage our front bumper of the lease vehicle and it took 6 different sub contractors, 8 weeks and ALL of my time to drive the resolution of this. There has been a complete lack of ownership from them (apart from when there is money involved and they are super communicative/responsive). I have been given wrong information, wrong phone numbers, advice that is going to cost me money and all in all a pretty terrible experience over 2.5 years of leasing with them. Only 6 months to go!!! I, and others, have been campaigning for our company to choose a different supplier/lease company. Fingers crossed.

The fees are not transparent. I could have got the same car cheaper from another supplier of these we disclosed fully. Won't be using them again as they we're not keen and nor still have explained how it works against their quote that was agreed. Just poor on this front.

I went into my EV lease with a little appreciation having always owned my cars previously. I’m now halfway through my lease and I have to say my experience so far has been pain free and indeed excellent. I’m cannot fault my Volvo EX40 ER, the car has been serviced and 3 tyres replaced all included within the lease.
