Incredible customer service

I ordered the item for my husband for Father’s Day. Sadly, he passed away on June 12.
I contacted your company via customer service. I received an immediate response telling me the order was cancelled due to the issue.
I so appreciate the way it was handled so quickly and without lots of questions, or refusing to help me out. The agent is very helpful and kind. Thank you again.

The Dog Steps didn't fit the truck door.

The order I placed with the company came quickly. My husband complained of back pain while picking up our dogs to get them in the truck. I hoped these pet steps would take care of the problem. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the door to open wide enough to be able to use the pet steps. I asked for a refund. Kaus from customer support replied promptly, and we were refunded.

I bought a product from them and it didn’t work. I wrote them that it didn’t work they gave me my money back no questions asked. I was taken aback because you don’t see that kind of customer service much anymore.

The service was outstanding. Very impressed.

I ordered an attractive product that did not work correctly upon delivery. That can happen given the millions of items that are shipped each day. I sent an email outlining the problems and soon received a reply offering an instant refund. There was no hassle. The service was outstanding. Very impressed.

I contacted SakerPlus right away…

I contacted SakerPlus right away requesting a refund and they responded immediately. I received a refund minus a small handling charge. Only about $1.50.

I purchased the item and only received half of it

I purchased the item and wait it quite some time to receive it. Problem is I only received the plug-in part of the item and I reported it to a customer service and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I would not recommend this outfit for anything! No Customer Service whatsoever in my opinion!!!
