I would give 0 Stars if i could.
I am increasingly convinced that Remote Pass is a scam. For the past 16 days, I have been unable to access my salary, despite having no issues at all last year when payments were processed through the German cost center of my company.(I am living in egypt)

The company made many promises regarding benefits such as health insurance, but in reality, this is not provided. If you want coverage, you must pay over €100 extra on top of the taxes already deducted.

Every withdrawal through Remote Pass incurs additional fees, regardless of whether you agree to them. I have attempted twice to transfer my salary to my IBAN—the same account I successfully used for months—but they repeatedly claim my bank details are incorrect, which is simply not true. I have even provided proof to confirm the accuracy of my information.

Remote Pass also offers a “virtual card” issued from Singapore. Instead of a PIN, you receive a one-time password by email each time you use it. The card is limited to online shopping, and most providers in Egypt do not accept it. Egypt is not even listed among the supported countries. This makes the card practically useless for essential expenses such as rent.

Customer support has been unhelpful. The support team consists of the same two agents who provide scripted responses without addressing my concerns.

Last Sunday, I re-entered my bank details at their request. Yesterday, I was told they had switched banking partners and should request the payout again. After two failed attempts, I have little confidence this will succeed.

Where is my money?

It took 1 week to approve me on compliance and 2 days later after I transfer my money to RemotePass they blocked my account. They can't share informations why, and now I need to find other solution to pay my contractors tomorrow. I am moving to Thera. Worst service of all times.

Rizwan from RP Support saved me

I had an awful issue with my bank that I use to withdraw the money from RemotePass with (it was on the bank's side), and Rizwan from RemotePass support dealt with it like a KING. He was kind, attentive, understanding, extremely nice and caring, and he REALLY FIXED IT. So it wasn't just politeness, it was extremely helpful. I think I have never had such a support.

Outstanding system and customer support

Outstanding support! Been a getting paid from remotepass for over 3 years it gets better and better with time. The card product is super convenient with instant access to funds. Bif thanks to Youssef and Phae from the customer support team

The worst company of time

The worst company of time. Please never work with them. If your company says they are going to be your provider, quit that job. Trust me. I can't begin to express how bad they have been and how they messed literally everything up. They don't give a shit.

Scam at best

Worst platform ever. The transfer never happens on time, the customer service has no clue what they're talking about, on top of all this, they overnight increased the withdrawal fee from 5$ to 38$ without any notification or communication whatsoever, when i spoke to the customer service, they themselves had no idea. For bank transfers despite providing them all the details, as per their policy the withdrawal fee is calculated "real-time" and so essentially what they want you to do is, receive the money first and then figure out how much you're going to pay them. All these efforts just to force the users to get their own card.

Thank you rizwan for no support

i was having some troubles over the withdrawal i have contacted the chat support there comes our non supportive hero Rizwan from Lahore Pakistan , his not ready for help but he is ready for argument fight and make to go up my blood pressure more higher than normal as he love to entertain people like this , i have only one request that is escalation to be done for my withdrawal for him he is not ready he even criticizes for me that delay it made me personally really bad , i have contacted with Mohammed from Egypt he made sure everything on flow and received the payment i wish people Rizwan needs to be more attendee and helpful i hope this review will reach the higher authority people like him can ruin reputation of well known company like you , once again thank you Mohammed for helping me out.

Customer Service Frustrations Resolved by CEO Intervention

My experience was initially plagued with unexpected costs. A system bug would mysteriously trigger charges for insurance that I had cancelled. Customer support was rude in resolving these charges.

Edit: CEO personally reached out to address my concerns. They resolved the issue within a day, which greatly improved my overall experience.

Company is not transparent with users

Company is not transparent with users. Do not inform you when there are changes on fees. In addition, unwilling to provide MT 103 form when requested, even though this should be provided under Payment Services Directive 2 for transparency and customer rights. Also unresponsive support team. They did not even want to share their formal complaints process with me.
