I've ordered from Rarewaves about 10 times now. Delivery to Australia typically takes 2-3 weeks, but that's OK. Prices are always good. Packaging is excellent (no cracked CD cases so far). Will continue to use them.

Well the delivery was a bit confusing as I didn’t realise they were not all coming at once but they all arrived. One was slightly marked and they immediately sent out a replacement. Overall very happy

Easy to order, items arrived well packaged. When delivery is by Royal Mail, multiple items arrive throughout the week even though they were dispatched together. Not Rarewaves fault at all, but a bit of patience might be needed.

I had a DVD go missing

I was very impressed with the Customer Services effort to supply a replacement DVD

Shipping is for great price.(price of shipping was same like just delivery from my country or neighbor countries to home, even though this was ordered from more far away).Great prices of blu ray movies and lots of sales .I am really happy . today i got my first thing from this site and already i ordered another one :)

Be careful ordering from this company. I ordered something over a month ago and it hasn't arrived despite being told I would receive it 15 business days from the date it was shipped. Well, that shipped date sailed weeks ago without receipt of the item. The company uses basic ground postal service for international packages. They have indicated that a replacement item will be sent but, to date, I have not received that either and I am not holding my breath. I could have bought this for a slightly higher price on Amazon with a free shipping option and I would have had the package delivered to my door weeks ago. I appreciate the apology and replacement (assuming I ever do receive it), but it took 4 email exchanges to get to the point where an apology and replacement were offered. :(

Ordered a CD which didn’t arrive after 2 weeks, emailed customer services who said they’d organised a replacement which also never showed up. I’ve used Rarewaves a lot in the past and it’s never been the quickest but now I am fed up and would avoid using them again.

I ordered a total of 9 movies and a box set of 5 movies of a movie saga.

I have so far received only 8 movies all coming in multiple deliveries. I have yet to receive the single movie and the box set of 5 movies. Tracking is awful and had to request the info as they do not give you the tracking.

I won’t ever buy from here again and if I don’t receive my other movies I will claim on PayPal. Customer service is fast at responding but no good in delivering items all at once. £160 on movies and I’m down over £60 with box set and single movie. 28th June i made the order and still waiting on items. Inpost left parcel of 2 x movies behind my wheelie bin that could have been posted through the letterbox.
I just can’t see the box set and other movie arriving.

Had items in stock that I was unable to find elsewhere. Prices were very competitive. Delivery charges overseas (France) were reasonable and included customs charges. However, delivery took some time with no tracking information available. Excellent, very responsive, customer service.

The prices are great, the customer service is great, only the lengthy delivery times are letting you down.

Outstanding collection of hard to get cd’s. All orders have been shipped fast and delivered in excellent condition.

One of my cds came damaged and the delivery is abit slow but it's very good and cheap for cds and an excellent variation

Hello I ordered and paid for a vinyl album on 9/06/26 and I have still not received it it was primus sailing the seas of cheese vinyl
