I sent my payout request nearly a month ago and even contacted the support team multiple times, being very patience and professional, but I received no reply or update whatsoever. This quite literally gives me a very terrible first impression of this firm.

I had a very disappointing experience with Quanttekel.com regarding a payment issue. In my case, I was not paid even though I had achieved the target I was supposed to.

I expected a more transparent and professional handling of billing or payment matters, but unfortunately my experience was the opposite. This situation made me lose trust in their service.

I hope Quanttekel.com takes customer payment concerns more seriously and improves their billing process to avoid similar issues in the future.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Here I am day 2 of writing a 1 star review until qt support notices me and stops ignoring my concerns. Day 9 of my payout request not getting processed and approved while they said on the initial email confirmation that review will take 3-5 business days only. Well its been 6 business days and I have not gotten any follow up and Fes/Victorqt (discord username) which is the one and only account manager on qt capital has been ignoring me. He said he was gonna issue my qt capital account last friday and up to this day hes been ignoring me for a week. I know im not the only customer and im not feeling entitled but he has the time to reply to other traders while ignoring my dms even when i tag him. Kudos to this guy.

Let the record show that they have sent us email and announcement that all pending payuouts will be resolved by June 22. Guess what? June 23 there are still people who have not been approved or have been approved but their payouts have not been credited yet. PROMISES ARE TRULY MEANT TO BE BROKEN. NICE QT SUPPORTS WELL PLAYED!!!

Again i will not stop till I get my issue fix and I dont care whether my reviews tanks your trustpilot rating. Last week it was 4.1 now it 4.0. Im excited to see it below 3.9. Lets keep the negative reviews coming guys. I know im not the only one with issues like this everyday.

Blatantly ignoring. Disregarding messages. Lying.

They only respond to new users regarding challenge purchase inquiries. They recently stated they would pay traders before June 22nd, and that hasn't been fulfilled.

If you ask about your payment request in the chat or if you're not a new challenge buyer, they'll ignore you or give vague answers like "send an email" or "open a support ticket." Then they'll ignore you again and again.

My account breached because of the payout it's 9days I've been having for them to say it's approved or something like but it's processing even after 9 days of submitting no reply from the support do I also have to be an influencer to get paid just a minor 3% payout plus the 22nd has already passed im betting this week will pass also without me receiving any update or reply they said it typically takes 3-5 to process the payout but now its been 9 days no reply no update

I requested a payout on 16 June 2026 and was informed that it was under review. I received the same generic response multiple times, but after several days I still have not received any meaningful update or explanation regarding the delay.

Customer support replies, but only with automated-looking messages that do not address the issue. Waiting this long for a payout without clear communication is frustrating and disappointing.

I hope the company improves its payout processing times and provides more transparent updates to its traders.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with QT Funded.

I submitted my payout request on June 12, and until now it is still pending with no clear resolution. Initially, I was told the payout would be processed within 3 days. After that, I received multiple different explanations: “still processing,” “wait until Monday,” and later another delay due to technical issues.

Then I received an email saying they had internal technical problems and that important payout data was missing from their system, causing another 7–14 business days delay. What shocked me even more was that in the same email, instead of focusing on resolving pending payouts, they offered me a 60% discount coupon to buy another account.

Honestly, this makes no sense to me. If you are struggling to pay existing traders, why are you encouraging people to buy more accounts?

Customer support has also been very disappointing. Responses are slow, unclear, and inconsistent. As a trader, this situation is mentally exhausting and extremely stressful.

I am not calling them a scam at this moment, but based on my experience, QT Funded seriously needs to improve payout reliability, transparency, and customer support.

As of today, I am still waiting for my payout.

I would like to update my previous review regarding QT Funded. Following my last complaint, I am pleased to share that my payout has now been approved. The support team addressed my concern, and I am currently waiting for the funds to be received in my wallet.

I appreciate QT Funded for resolving the issue and processing my payout. Thank you to the team for their assistance and support throughout the process. I look forward to continuing my trading journey with QT Funded.

Bad propfirm, first i saw alot of bad things about not paying out and delaying payouts and 9/10 with every payout they trow a risk interview, but on trustpilot i still saw 4.5 ratings so i still thought its a valid firm, so i bought a challange and passed it and i waited 2 weeks for my live funded stage crenditals, that was my first red flag and everytime i asked for it in the discord i got timed out for 7 days.

Funded account: now i was eligable for a payout but i saw everyone in the chat + funded chat complaining about risk intervieuw and people are waiting for payouts, people are waiting since may for a payout its now almost JULY, i requested my first payout with QT (1%) and they trow a risk interview to me and all the other traders that also should he approved today. Nobody got payed or approved today.

Propmatch: they also got removed from propmatch because of the same problem, no payouts and only risk interviews my advice is to stay away from this firm and save youre money !!

Reviews: DONT TRUST THESE GOOD Reviews, alot of them are fake, they always will ask you to drop a good 5 star review after they helped you, i have proof its no problem. PLEASE DONT BUY HERE!!

Payout Denial Update

TLDR: Requested payouts on 3 instant accounts in April, they falsely breached my accounts due to overstepping max allocation.

After waiting for a month in silence and me literally sending a Letter Before Action they came back to me at the end of May. They requested to submit the payout requests again. They quickly reviewed one, which had a rule break (max exposure) and denied payout which is fine. Of course the other 2 accounts which has all the rules followed and where payouts should be approved are still pending review. It's been another month since second submission.

Lately we received information I QUOTE "all pending payout requests will be processed and settled by 22nd June". Of course it did not happen!

People started to get mass e-mails about technical issues affecting their accounts and delaying request reviews by another 30!!!!! days. If not that, then a risk interview e-mail. Anything to just delay their payouts. Even people who already had a risk interview are invited for a second one. It's ridiculous.

I am giving this one more week and going through with the original plan... Guys take them to small claims court and claim your hard earned money. They broke their own contract. They prioritise QT Capital payouts which are 100-200 bucks only every single day in front of people who are waiting for months... The larger your payout the bigger the chance not to get paid like ever. And until today I can see every single day the promotion emails saying quick payouts that gets processed in 24 hours. What a joke. Stay away, it's cheap for a reason.

Dear Trader,

I would like to inform you that the technology system is now functioning correctly, and the data has been successfully synchronised.

However, for the automation process to work properly, we require a complete cycle to be executed under the updated and synchronised system. Since the previous cycle was affected by the technical issues, the results may not accurately reflect the intended automated process.To ensure these results reflect accuratly we require a 30 Day Cycle.

Therefore, We kindly require one of the following options:

Complete a New 30 Day cycle so the system can complete a full automated cycle under the corrected conditions; or

Issue a refund of the challenge fee if a new cycle cannot be provided.

They didnt give my payout since 3months, never replied to me support tickets only vague and automated replies and unlimited waiting time. Its a worst propfirm ever pls dont get scammed

I had passed an evaluation early April 2026. In that same week they started their "migration" process to their new QT 2.0 systems. During this time they disabled all funded QT Prime accounts conveniently allowing access to evaluation accounts to keep their revenue coming in. Originally they said it would take 2 working days to migrate all accounts, it didnt, it took roughly 5 weeks. 5 weeks QT funded traders were left with absolutely nothing and just continuously strung along with the only thing we were being told is to wait and be patient. Finally accounts were re issued and then not even 2 weeks later they came up with another delay, apparently about some data missing which meant they put payouts on a further 2 week delay. I've seen people waiting for a payout since March/April majority clustered around May and early June. They take so long just to simply review the payouts that your funded account inevitably gets breached for inactivity which they did say will be rectified once payout is approved but that just shows you how long they take. And no currently they continue to press on the "risk tool" issues they've been having for God knows how many months with payouts still being delayed after all this. My review is completely factual, no bias or anything just an honest review of my experience with this prop firm.

I requested a payout on June 10 and, despite multiple follow-ups, I still have not received any clear update regarding the status of my payment. The company advertises fast payout processing, but my experience has been the opposite.
Customer support continues to provide generic responses without giving a specific reason for the delay or an estimated completion date. As a trader, timely payouts are important, and prolonged delays create unnecessary uncertainty.
I am not asking for special treatment—only transparency and a clear explanation regarding my payout request. I hope QT Funded will resolve this issue promptly and improve communication with clients facing payment delays.

I have been trading with different prop firms for more than 4 years and have received over $90,000 in payouts across the industry. In all these years, I have never experienced anything comparable to my current situation with Quant Tekel.

I requested my first payout of $3,500 on May 8th. I completed the required risk interview on May 28th, but more than 6 weeks later, I still have not received a clear payout timeline. I currently have 5 pending payouts totaling $9,100.

Since October 2025, I have invested around $6,000 into this firm before finally achieving these payouts. I believe it is only fair that the payouts I earned are processed in full and that I regain access to my live funded accounts, as I have not been able to trade live with them for around 6 weeks.

My pending payouts were requested before I was asked to move into QT Capital. Therefore, I believe they should be handled under the original QT Funded terms I signed up for.

I am still open to resolving this professionally, but the lack of clear communication, the extended delay, and the uncertainty around my accounts have made this experience very difficult.

I will update this review immediately if Quant Tekel resolves the situation fairly.

Avoid this firm, last year i got a payout of 1k, now im waiting 2+ months for 5.5k and they didnt even have it aproved. Stay far away, they keep ignoring support ticktes aswell.

QT do not dare to tell me to ask support since THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING, 5 tickets pending!

I submitted my payout request almost 2 weeks ago, and it still hasn't been approved.

I opened several tickets, but no one gives a clear answer. There is no live support, only Discord. I asked a few times there because I just wanted an update, and eventually I was muted, even though I never insulted anyone.

At this point, there is almost no way to communicate with the company. No clear answers, no proper support, and no transparency.

This has honestly been one of the most frustrating prop firm experiences I've had.

I am Yetendra kumar varma and i bought 25k accs with them and i kept one account for a safety net that okay i will trade it later if the 1st acc blows , but what happened was they blowed my account without any warning stating that "inactivity "
They basically changed the inactivity rule from 30 to 14 days with out any warning and also they didnt inform about it in any announcements and no mails
- they say that they made this change after relaunch and some announcement regarding it in discord but i checked it there wasn't any kind of announcement regarding the inactivity rule change and no one was informed about it and i also saw few people on discord complaining the same thing
-recently i am seeing alot of people complaining about payout delays like there number is in 100s so it lines up they are gonna shut down - i wanted to buy few more accs i had the money too but i dont believe in them anymore its fall down in a month.
