Used Medvi for six months of Tirzepatide. Except for one minor shipping hiccup, all transactions were smooth. Shipping was prompt. The meds have worked well for me, dropped 45 pounds in six months w... See more

A doctor calls and discusses any issues I may have and gives feedback. Short call and thoroughly done. No problems.
Very nice and took care of my concerns
Kinda feel I’m getting the raw end. Paid 150 before for one vile and now I’m paying double that for one vile
I really like my care coach. She tries to find the positive even when I’m having a bad week or struggling to hit my goals. It means a lot that she looks at the bright side of things and seems to care about me being and doing my best. She’s also very good at finding creative ways to try to hit those goals.
BEWARE:
In December 2025, I signed up to receive a 6 month supply of semaglutide, with my prescription expiring in May 2026. Every month I received a refill request that advised me to complete the refill form to avoid delays in receiving the medication. I’ve been on semaglutide before and used with success. On this medication, I gained weight over the course of six months. I discovered that the FDA has filed complaints against this company for fraudulent marketing, because they falsely claim their medication is FDA approved. So who knows what is really in the syringe?
When my prescription expired in May, I did not request another refill, because the medication was ineffective. Yet on June 23, 2026, MedVi billed my credit card $1300. When I called to request MedVi refund the $1300 as I had not renewed my prescription, they indicated that when I purchase a six month supply of medication, I was actually signing up for a subscription with automatic renewal.
They acknowledge they can’t send the medication without the refill form but claim the medication and subscription are separate billing processes. This is how they justify billing my card $1300 , even though I won’t receive medication without my refill request.
This is a shady practice that is unprofessional and fraudulent to the consumer.
Utilizing great providers to explain and answer any questions. This was a good experience
The interview went well and made me have trust in the business and was very professional.
My care coach Patsy is great. She is attentive , and encouraging while she shares pertinent information with me
My coach is the best, always considerate, giving me ideas and how to improve things. Very supportive. And the progress is coming along very well. Thank you
Dr new exactly my situation and gave me her professional opinion
Going through a lot right now and rep was very kind.
Horrible service. After 6 months with Medvi they switched me from Tirz to semiglutide . Was told it was an accident. Still charged me because of " subscription". Then since they changed Tirz compounders have had severe nausea issues. Now charging me again because subscription cancellation hadnt processed even though they NEVER sent medicine. STAY AWAY FROM MEDVI.
