Quality of the jewellery is very poor. I appreciate the need to be affordable but it's not a cost saving when the earrings you've bought simply crumple in your fingers and they refuse to give refunds. I didn't even get to wear them. Very bad experience - be careful.

My 11 year old Neurodiverse daughter had her ears pierced today at the store in Merry Hill Centre, and she was a little nervous.
The staff were absolutely wonderful. The young lady that mainly dealt with her was so likable and my daughter took to her straight away. They did the piercings at the same time to ease my daughters worries.
The free gifts she was given, including a soft plush doughnut to sleep on was fantastic especially as my daughter has sensory and sleep struggles.
Unfortunately I didn't get any names which is a shame but I cannot recommend this service enough. The staff are so thoughtful and kind. Just amazing xx
Ps; I must also add that they did not know they were dealing with someone with AuDHD which was brilliant as it shows the extra lengths they go to on a daily basis xx

Expensive metals are mixed up with the cheap stuff so as so confuse shoppers. Everything screams “sale”. My daughter mistakenly tapped her card for some expensive earrings thinking they were from a discount section and though she hadn’t left the store was refused a refund.

Really good ear piercings and service, the lady who pierced my ear Natalie was very helpful and I would highly recommend for piercings and the hygiene was also very good. And there was a lot of choice.

A lovely worker called Suzanne from the peterbrough store helped me for an ear piercing and made me feel very good and comfortable about having it done. Was the best experience!!

Holly was my server, amazing service. The store was really easy to navigate. Staff are all really helpful. And all fairly priced. Would definitely recommend purchasing jewellery from this store

Awful disgusting service at Trafford Centre Manchester. Trash jewellery too. Bought their waterproof jewellery and it tarnished with a few wears. Their customer service is an AI chatbot that told me to take it to store for refund or exchange. Absolute horrid member of a staff member at the till denies its tarnished and kept giving attitude. Apparently their tarnish proof/ waterproof jewellery is meant to discolour. What nonsense is that? Refused me a refund so had to add on money for exchange. Ridiculous. Will not be going back to this trash of a shop again. Way better online stores that actually provide waterproof jewellery without the nasty attitude thrown in. None of them wear name

Paid nearly £20 for a silver ring, it was delivered over the weekend, it’s Tuesday and it’s already snapped in half. I bought from ASOS and trying to arrange a return is time consuming if you don’t have the return paperwork as it’s not automated between ASOS and this brand. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy this jewellery.

Customer service is appalling and the paperless receipt enforcement is madness! My 70 year old mother tried to buy something for her granddaughter only to be told she needed to give an email address, which she doesn’t have, nor does she have a smartphone.

After much frustration, they printed out a gift receipt to return the item if need be. If you can print a paper gift receipt, surely you can print a regular one? It’s discriminatory against older and vulnerable people.

Anyway. Items were rubbish and broke after one wear!

Went to the new Lovisa in Braintree village to buy some new earrings, learnt that with a purchase of the earrings you can get a free piercing and thought why not! Our peircer Portia was so lovely and friendly, whilst maintaining great customer service, was very organised and made sure everything was okay, would recommend!!

In Peterborough Queensgate! The staff were so helpful and amazing! The shop is lovely layout and has lots of options! The clip on options are fantastic! Staff Members C and H were very lovely and helpful! Such a fantastic experience in the shop! The jewlery is so cute and fantastic so happy to have so many options! Lots of options for body and different piercing jewlery too!

I met with Massiel in store at the Pen Centre and she was amazing! She was so helpful in helping me choose my wedding day jewellery!!

Lovisa at Le Mall. The most awful jewelry place. Do not buy anything from them. I got 2 silver 925 bracelets and 1 silver 925 necklace. They snapped on their own within barely a week of getting them. Very very bad. Also staff is incredibly rude. 0/10. I paid over a 100$ for trash. Even shein is better.

I understand this is meant to be “cheap fashion” however when your kids spend $78 on Mother’s Day gifts for 3 items it becomes a joke. Especially when one of the gifts were December purple CZ birthstone studs and the purple peels off after a month. That’s false advertising stating that they’re purple stones.

Kids were so disappointed, now they’re worried the other items might get damaged if I wear them too.

I started to have a severe reaction to all earrings approx 10 years ago, so stopped wearing them. I was shopping in the Maidstone, Kent store and saw Jade, who talked me through trying Titanium earrings. I gave it some thought and went ahead and had them re-pierced. I was given the aftercare spray, and almost a week later, have had absolutely no reaction at all. I am so happy with my lovely earrings. Thank you for such customer care and advise. I would recommend
