Rip off bought a car had it two months…

Rip off bought a car had it two months last 3 1/2 thousand pound when I traded it for another vehicle the manager it is full of greed to make her Shine I would advise people never to use that the sales lady who dealt with us and on the second occasion was very good when we got the car home we see there was no parcel shelf so I called the dealer and was basically told as tough I had an awful experience and hopefully if this car is okay, I will never step foot into that Business again the customer service was atrocious. I run my own company and I would not treat people in that way extremely disappointed.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, l purchased a car from J W autos in February this year at a cost of £11.300, was pressured into purchasing an extended warranty which i didn't want, The sales lady said if l purchased the warranty i would get a better price on my part exchange, So i reluctantly agreed and was told that the warranty was a cast iron one that covered everything apart from tyres, brake pads and clutch parts, So we took the car for a test drive and all seemed ok, strangely thou when we returned back to the sale room i was told to drive it into a parking bay, we then did the deal and went to get the car and it had been turned around not thinking any thing of it we drove home with out any issues untill i went to reverse on my drive and no reversing camera, So rang j w autos and was told to get it repaired and they would pay for it, l had it repaired at a cost of £120 and it took them over 4 weeks and several phone calls to send me the money, Then after 2 weeks of trouble free motoring the car would not start, called out the aa who diagnosed a flat battery and advised me it would need replacing, So after several attempts to contact the warranty company without success i tried j w autos aftersales team what an absolute joke they were basically once they have your money they don't give a sh##,So in the end i paid for a new battery myself as i needed the car for work then thought i would hopefully get the cost back from warranties 2000 at a later date, When the new battery was fitted the garage had to reset the managment system and it flashed up a fault of a missfire on cylinder 2, So i had to get that done also the total repair bill came to £520 which i paid hoping i claim it back from Warranties 2000 as it supposedly covered everything as i was told by J W Autos, After another week of trying to contact warranties 2000 they eventually rang me back and said yes they would pay my claim if i sent them the invoice which i did a week later they emailed to say the warranty only covered the coil pack and nothing else and would only pay me back £35, After calling them again they said nothing to do with them speak to the garage i bought the car from as i had only it a month, So back on phone to aftersales who refused to speak to me or answer my emails, So i decided to go back to the garage to speak someone but surprise surprise there was nobody available at the time and i would have to call them back, After weeks of trying with no luck it was making ill so i decided to give up on both J W Autos and warranties 2000 both are an absolute joke and once they have your money there not intrested and that's the end of it, so i have now sold the car at a considerable loss, With purchasing the car, the warranty and repairs my total outlay was £12.750 and i sold the car for £7.750 so for the 3 months i had the car i ended up losing £5.000 But do they care obviously not, Please aviod i wouldn't want anybody else to go through what i have.

We would like to clarify that the extended warranty was offered as an optional product and was not a condition of purchasing the vehicle. The warranty cover and claims process are administered by an independent warranty provider, with claims assessed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy.

The battery replacement and subsequent fault diagnosis were carried out externally, and any warranty claim relating to those repairs would be subject to the warranty provider's procedures and policy terms.

We understand your frustration regarding the issues you experienced during ownership of the vehicle. However, vehicle depreciation and resale values are influenced by a variety of factors outside of our control.

We take all customer feedback seriously as we always aim to provide a high standard of customer care and support. Please contact our aftersales team directly so that we can review the matter in full.

Do not buy from JW Autos

Do not buy from JW Autos. While the buying process was great, the aftermath has been appalling. Just two days after buying a car, the engine management light magically appeared. We arranged with JW Autos to take it to a garage for repairs. The garage sorted the issue but said it might reappear and the car might need to be sent back to Hyundai. Six days later, the light came back on. We came to JW Autos because our car broke and we needed a reliable family car that I would be driving my 18-month-old daughter around in. I explained this to JW Autos and explained that I can't risk driving my young daughter around in a car when we don't know the issue and that I need a reliable car that I could drive immediately without all this chaos. Therefore, I wanted a full refund (well within my 30-day legal rights). JW Autos straight up REFUSED and has since told us the car ALSO has a RECALL back to Hyundai for a completely separate issue! JW Autos has no care for customers and the state they sell the cars in. Disgusting service! We are now having to go through court proceedings to get our money back, and we currently can't risk driving the car due to not knowing what the multiple problems are with it! Horrendous service and care from JW Autos, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

The environment is captivating ,clean with clean cars. But what actually make me feel relax and decided to patronise your company was because of a male staff called Louis , his marketing skill was excellent, good approach, patient level topnotch, and good sense of humour. Inaddition, I appreciate the young lady that wrapped up the final contract with me.

There was no pressure to buy

There was no pressure to buy. The sales staff are very knowledgeable about all the cars. The prices are a little more than you would buy private but that is to be expected if you wan't the security of what you are buying.

came up on Sunday to view the car was interested in. had a warm greeting and ash was very helpful. was fully informed of all my options and agreed to buy . collected vehicle on Tuesday as arranged. Bought a car recently and the staff were excellent making the experience enjoyable rather than stressful
Had to return to the dealership two days later due to an oversight on everyone’s behalf we didn’t notlce that the vehicles parcel shelf was missing.The manager has now arranged to supply a new parcel shelf.Thats what I would call a good dealership and hats of to the manager a very pleasent young lady credit to the company.Apart from the missing parcel shelf very pleased with the car.Recommend the dealership.

Very impressed with the service we were given by Crystal who was extremely helpful, on the day we viewed the car we chose, and the staff we assisted us on collecting the keys along with all the paperwork, would really recommend anyone looking for a newer car to use JW Autos

Most of it was a good experience

Most of it was a good experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I would have given 5 stars but for one thing. Louie told me that the car would be valeted and the engine cleaned. It wasn’t. It had been washed and hoovered but the seats were still stained and there was dust around the dashboard, in the doors and under the seats. I assumed it had been done and didn’t check it before I took the car.
I have since done some cleaning but will have to get it done properly when I’m able. I didn’t return with the car as I have been too busy and I’m not confident that it would be done properly.
