Go trax is one of the best companies I've dealt with in my life, they actually helped me out massively after my scooter tire went flat.

Being in a small town its my only mode of transportation and without their help, I would have been stuck pulling my daughter everywhere in this horrible kansas heat again which just destroys my health.

Really good product. My son has been zipping around since he got the scooter, and I actually really enjoy riding it around as well. It’s very sturdy and well-built. My son is a little over 4.5’ tall and it fits him well.

Horrible customer service. Dont buy. Doesn’t stand behind anything. Stuck with broken scooter.

Placed an order and received email stating my order is on its way. Checked tracking number and label was created now 11 days later checked tracking again and still not shipped and just label created message.

Do not buy anything from this company. They are horrible. They just want the money and then there's no customer support. If you need a part, it'll take you three months to get one and you might be lucky enough that it'll work when it shows up. I hate this company. They have been absolutely horrible to me. My mistake by buying my bike online. If you really want a bike, I'd go to Lectric. Great equipment great customer service and great prices.

Excellent customer service and communication! We have bought an e-bike and an electric scooter from Gotrax. They both perform well. I have been impressed with the quality and value. Highly recommend GoTrax products!

Great service and fast shipping!

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not received it. The tracking hasn’t even updated and everytime I reach out to support I have gotten NO response.

Tracking was very easy and efficient. It was very easy to find the exact product in the website, very well organised and all the products are long lasting and easy to assemble.

It was a great experience I found what I was looking for easy.

Connected with the customer service because I needed a part and wanted to confirm I got the right one. They were quick and provided a link to the part I needed. The kids love the scooter!

My experience had been great with the product some of the policy regarding your warranty on certain parts I was unaware of

Not happy that I can't take my scooter to an authorized Gotrax repair shop. Unhappy that I have to be the repair tech.
Don't have or want to send money for diagnostic tools.

The purchase was seamless and the delivery was fast. Once I had it all put together, I had so much fun. I would definitely recommend the bike to anyone. Especially people new to e bikes and fat tires.

Fast delivery and great product

Well my overall experience from order to reciveing my scooter was great, package was not in good condition and I was worried opening It I will find something damaged , but inside packaging was even better the scooter was perfect, before my first ride as recommended I was charging the scooter to full, and in mean time looking around all the feature's and build quality of the scooter I noticed the rear motor hub was missing one of the silver screws I believe they are 6 in total the threads in that hole seem to be stripped , meaning it a factory defect when they assembled the motor unit, it's too early to rate customer support as of now, online their mixed reviews . I'm trying to contact support already for this, moreover I did take scooter for a short ride around my neighbourhood and I was really happy again , as long as they solve this hub problem for me I will be ever thankful. Overall quality is awesome 👍
