Purchased a part for my fireplace but unfortunately still didn't resolve the problem. Contacted fireplace factory outlet to ask if I could return the part for refund, they responded very quickly to say that would be fine if I sent it back. They issued my refund "in full" 2 days later on the same day they received the part. Purchasing the part was straight forward and delivered on time I must also add.
For me, this is a pure demonstration of great business management.
Should I require purchasing a new fireplace in future I will most definitely look at this company first as well as recommend to family/friends.

The Fireplace itself was just as described and arrived safely. It fits perfectly and looks good. My only criticism was that I requested it to be left in a safe place but it was delivered to elderly neighbours who then carried it into my porch! It was very heavy and I was concerned that they carried it to my safeplace, where it should have been left in the first place.

Very pleased with the delivery and service. Well packed and protected heater. Which is working ok. Finding it difficult to set heater up, so have put a timer on for the time being. Overall very pleased.

Good quality refurbished electric fire at a good price.
Let down by UPS who said address was unknown so had to get it delivered to a drop off point, where I collected it, but only having a Porsche Boxster, it wouldn’t fit in the car with its box so had to take it out and then cut the box up to discard it.
Other couriers deliver to me OK!

No stones included even though it said there was one of pointed brass things broken off

The fire I received is so nice very pleased with it. The delivery was speedy. I would certainly use the company again and recommend. The price of the fire was very good.
