Most clothes were a good fit. One pair of trousers were a little tight but that can depend on the supplier to FatFace not FatFace itself. The staff in the Sutton Coldfield store are very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Really nice shop with plenty space in changing room to try on goods.

I ordered a 34 long length shorts and when my husband tried them on they were too tight.
We double checked the labels, they had 2 different labels, one clipped in the back of the shorts saying they were 32 and the label at the front which was tied on said 34.
Clearly there had been a mistake, it was fortunate we hadn’t taken the labels off.

Great service. Order arrived by when it should to local store. Collection process smooth and easy, clothes ordered all great and matched description.

I’ve ordered many items from FatFace and have mostly been very happy with the clothing. If I have had to return an item the refund was processed immediately.

I ordered 7 items in the sale, to be delivered to Fatface, Ashbourne.
Fatface kept me updated about delivery. I tried all the items on at the store, pleasant, helpful lady served me. I had a quick refund on the items that weren't suitable. Emails from Fatface informed me they had received the refunded items, and when the refund had been completed. Excellent service throughout.

Ordered a lovely jumpsuit in size 14, for shop collection. Arrived quickly, really pleased with it. Looks lovely and fits well, feels soft and light for summer but also decent quality. Only four stars given because I have had to snip the elastic in the gathered sleeves- far too tight for a size 14 but I liked it so much I didn’t want to send it back!

I received 4 out of the five items ordered. They took a little while to come with an apology thar the other item would arrive within 2 days. A week later it has still not arrived and I had not received a reply to my enquiry as to their whereabouts. The items I did receive were of really good quality and a good fit.

First package didn’t arrive. When I reordered I was told it would be express delivery (it’s for a birthday present) and this second order hasn’t arrived yet either. Really bad service

The information about the deliveries was timely and accurate. The bags for the clothes were in good condition and sufficient to protect the goods in transit.

The tee shirts came as a pack of two. Loved them! However when I tried them on, the long sleeves were just too tight. Easy returns at a Next store.

I like the fit and the material. it was also delivered promptly.

Easy and quick to order - choice of delivery days - all items l have purchased over the years are of really good quality and lasts for years - I absolutely love the dress my husband bought me for my birthday - really looking forward to wearing it
