It's a very simple, fast easy experience, from an idea, to a fully functional video. Just answer a few questions, and voila, it's done right before your eyes. A great looking, sounding, professional grade video, with everything you wanted and more. A great quality product from a wonderful company.

As a complete beginner in content creation, I’ve had a great experience using the FacelessReels app. I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the very first YouTube Short and TikTok video it generated for me.

Pairing FacelessReels with ChatGPT has made the entire process so much easier. ChatGPT helps me with ideas, titles, descriptions, and scripts, while FacelessReels brings those ideas to life with professional-looking videos. This combination has saved me a lot of time and made creating content feel simple and enjoyable.

I’m excited to continue using FacelessReels as I build my content portfolio and grow my YouTube and TikTok channels. If you’re a beginner looking for an easy way to create faceless videos, this app is definitely worth trying!

This is my second month, but I'm not renewi g. Some videos are ok, some are strange. The scenes in the video often have very little to do with the voiceover. You see a guy sitting in a kitchen with newspapers for 6 seconds, and the voiceover is talking about how Icelandic citizens' genetic data was sold my the government. What? How is the scene relevant to that?
Also, it keeps disconnecting my TikTok account, which, I read, is a common problem.
Oh, and you can't see what the background music is going to be like with the voiceover. Too loud? Too quiet? Good luck, you will see it in the end product, when you have no opportunity to further adjust it.
They say it is great because you don't have to spend time creating your content, but the fact is, when I spend an hour creating a video, it gets far more engagement. For free. So I rather go with that.

After getting morning information about how it works, I love how AI does the creation to posting on my social media. I highly recommend!

Just a few clicks and I have videos made for me daily as a series for my social media. Faceless did everything! I need to start another series....

Issue has been resolved.

Scam.

You pay your invoice but still says payment has not been done.

You sent a ticket, they do not answer it.

You are suppose to get a video generated every 24h, you do not get any.

Do not waste your money, plenty of other companies put

I purchased two series from FacelessReels and things worked fine for about four days. Encouraged by that, I paid for a third series — and that’s when everything fell apart.

I can still log in, but as soon as I try to do anything on the site, I get an error message saying there was a problem with my payment. It’s not just the new series that’s inaccessible — the two series I’d already paid for and were working fine have also stopped working entirely.

I sent proof of purchase (receipt) along with my first email explaining the issue. After two emails, I finally got one reply promising a fix within 24-48 hours. That window passed with nothing resolved, so I followed up again to let them know — and have heard nothing since.

So I’ve now paid for three series, have zero series being produced, and support has gone silent after a single reply. If you’re considering FacelessReels, be aware that a new purchase might break your existing access rather than just fail to deliver the new content — and don’t expect timely support if it does.

Extremely frustrating experience as it feels like being scammed — would not recommend until they can show this is actually fixed.

wouldn’t recommend when you pay for subscription you don’t get what you have been answered videos are delayed and they don’t give you no compensation or refund due to not receiving the service you paid for. I paid for daily subscription five days ago still don’t have one video.

Do not bother! It unlinked tiktok account so didn’t auto upload as scheduled, then decides to reconnect but upload the same video 4 consecutive times, which as anyone knows, tiktok does not like, so ‘punishes’ you with less traffic/views. So FacelessReels is actually detrimental to your account! AVOID!

I saw an ad for this website on TikTok. I thought I would check it out real quick for the potential to use later for creating some videos. Going down this rabbit hole only took 20 minutes and instead of coming back later - I had a high-quality video ready to post! Jaw drop - Mic drop - I'm hooked! A great way to build my business reliably! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Poor experience and refused refund

I would not recommend FacelessReels based on my experience.

I subscribed to the service but cancelled the same day because it was not what I expected. Despite this, my refund request was refused on the basis that I had accessed the service after purchase.

What I found particularly disappointing was the lack of transparency. I asked for checkout confirmation and evidence of the terms I supposedly accepted at the time of purchase, but they said they were unable to provide any additional internal checkout records or screenshots beyond referring me back to their Terms of Service.

In my opinion, if a company relies on checkout terms to refuse a refund, it should be able to clearly evidence what was shown and agreed to at the time.

Their support response was also delayed, which they attributed to a high volume of support tickets.

Overall, I found the experience disappointing, the refund process rigid, and the customer service poor. I would advise others to be very careful before subscribing and to fully check the refund policy before paying.
