Omg!!!! Absolutely amazing, seeing my kids twenty six years ago when they were toddlers, I would definitely recommend to anyone, pay the money because the memories are priceless, really happy, best money I've spent in years
Very simple to send off in the box
Items kept safe
You can monitor every step of the process
Very pleased with the end result
So lovely to have everything digitised. The memories are so precious. Events and times with my children when they were babies have been brought back to life for me and my children and extended family have loved viewing them too.
I sent a box of 30various VHS tapes/8mm cassettes and Cine reels, these were received by EachMoment on April 16th. Each time I checked on progress Estimated completion went from mid June to now being mid July, I was given the opportunity to speed delivery up by paying another huge sum but felt I had paid quite enough already. I have received 22 back digitalised however amongst these are 2 VHS recordings of Saving Private Ryan! Surely if someone is actually editing these they will think "I'm sure these weren't needing to be digitalised"!! The last eight have been hanging in the editing stage for weeks now so heaven knows when or if I will ever get them. I was so hopeful of a great experience but so glad I didn't sent the other 40 remaining to be done, I will do more research in future.
Fantastic experience would highly recommend
Feeling my media had disappeared. Now it’s not returned until checked. Taking such a long time with limited communication. I’ll feel relieved when I get it back.
It took some time for my recordings to be digitally recorded but the wait was worth it. So many memories that I’m able to revisit. It’s well worth the time and effort to bring them back to life.
I Highly recommend this company to restore your old tapes. I was kept well informed at each stage of the restoration
THANK YOU.
Its been easy to deal with you, just looking forward now to sitting with family and watching.

So far I have been waiting nearly four months for my project and am fed up with checking on the progress to see week after week delays. They explain that it is due to taking care of the video and making sure it is perfect. They have apparently been working on my project since June so I am expecting it to be 4k quality when it IF I receive them. I don’t believe this company is UK based so if you don’t want to wait forever I would source a company locally. It’s not cheaper to go online either!

It took much longer than expected to receive my files digitised. I sent in small cassette tapes from an old video camera and a video tape. It was fantastic to watch old memories come back to life, especially as some of the family are no longer with us. I can’t really comment on quality, because it could have been a faulty video as it was 40 years old! But there were lines and lots of flickering. Would I use this company again? Yes I would use again particularly if the price came down too.

So glad I trusted EachMoment with my childhood tapes! The quality is amazing and the process was so easy. This has brought my family together seeing our loved ones and past memories again!

This is an update to my review of 22.06.26.
Following clues (including other Trust Pilot reviews) that this company were processing customer memories abroad, without disclosing this to their customers; the company have finally admitted the following to me:
'Regarding your comments about our operations, while part of our headquarters is based in Norwich, we operate across several European countries, including Croatia. Depending on operational capacity and availability, orders may be processed at one of our specialist facilities. This enables us to manage workloads efficiently while maintaining our processing standards.
When I have also complained that there is nothing on their website (or elsewhere), to warn customers about this situation; They also admit:
'this is not something we specifically highlight in our general communications'.
I am now involving the ICO, as well as seeking legal advice, as I cannot believe this is lawful, for this company to be hiding this fact from its customers, especially where such precious and personal data is concerned. This, clearly, massively increases the risks of loss and damage to customers' precious data, as well as posing other Data risks with the data that customers are entrusting to this Company. There is also a serious failure of Transparency Law here. Customers are left thinking that the only journey that their precious data will make, will be from home to Norwich (by special delivery). But the above shows that this is not the case at all.
Given that my videos are still missing, and the company are failing to disclose the specific whereabouts of my videos (despite my repeated asks); I have very grave concerns that my precious memories have been lost forever.
I was told on 19.06.26 that my videos would be returned to me 'within a few days' , with the company having cancelled my order on that date, because they had failed to complete the job in the preceding 3 MONTHS (NB also a breach of contract). However, fast forward more than 2 weeks from that date, and my videos are STILL missing!
As has been the situation throughout, the company have ONCE AGAIN breached their own commitments, and ONCE AGAIN significantly extended this time frame by (a minimum of) another 3 weeks, whilst remaining eternally vague and non committal, regarding their revised time frame, also! They wrote on 03.07.26:
'With regard to your original tapes, they are currently scheduled to be returned no later than mid-July. The exact dispatch date is dependent on our scheduled collections with our logistics partner, and unfortunately we are unable to bring this forward without an available collection. However, I will personally see what I can do to encourage an earlier dispatch if at all possible'.
Given that the company are being extremely evasive about where exactly my videos are: I very much fear that my precious videos (which contain footage of my deceased brother, and of my only daughter as a baby) have been lost forever, by this company (somewhere across the seas). By failing to provide reassurances about exactly where my videos are; Each Moment are significantly adding to these fears. Hundreds of other customers report similar cruel behaviour from this company, where they feel that the company are using their memories to 'hold them hostage'.
I have also noted several (recent) Consumer Reviews, where people are reporting that their precious memories have been sent to the wrong families. Again, this sparks serious Data Protection concerns about this company.
I have contacted the National Media whose BBC Consumer TV Programme have confirmed that they would like to run a feature. I see another Trust Pilot customer reports that this company were featured on BBC Breakfast Live last week, following his terrible experiences. There is no wonder that the Media wish to become involved, given how many customers are reporting very similar delays, damages, losses and unlawful behaviour by this company. Strangely, the company have only started returning my emails, now they appear to have got wind of the Media's involvement! Nevertheless, many of my questions have remained unanswered by the firm, and the Owner is ignoring all requests for him to respond to me, directly!
Should you remain in any doubt as to whether it is wise for you to use this company; I would also like to point you to the Indeed Review (02.01.26) of the Company's Ex Operations Manager, who cites: 'the complete lack of respect for customers and their memories' as being the worst things about working for the company.
EM Ltd - please provide honest responses (as you did not do last time). Please also do not commit another data breach (like you did last time), by disclosing my personal details to a public audience.

Lovely to be able to see these old video’s and cine films.
Processing Took a bit longer than thought - but we did get them all so that made up for it

Very poor service . Sent a huge box for a tiny item . Very ambiguous about timeframes. Time frames change from day to day . I have tried another conversion company years back who were far better but I lost details.
I would never use these people again .

Customer service was very good, and was kept regularly up to date with progress. Very happy with the results from videos that are over 35 years old! Out of 18 only 2 could not be salvaged. My only criticism is the length of time, took four months, but understood it a process. Thank you so much.

Ultimately this was a good experience and decent value for money despite some confusion about pricing at the beginning (although their customer service was excellent in helping to clarify things) and quite a lengthy wait to receive the finished product.

I haven’t had time to watch them all but what I have seen I’m blown away by the quality, it has been a very emotional viewing for me as so many of my beloved sisters and family have now passed away, the videos are better than the amateurish ones I filmed. Thank you, thank you .

I would leave no stars if that were possible. And sadly I read all the one start reviews of this company after I sent my precious materials to Eachmoment. Admittedly, I made one mistake: I jumped at their offer for one free transfer if I paid 50 sterling in advance in addition to the 10 sterling DEPOSIT to receive my 'memory box'; this meant that in total sixty sterling would be deducted from my final bill. I received the box fairly promptly and spent a weekend gathering my materials: super-8, VHS, 16mm. Sent off box with completed form noting all the amounts I owed according to figures on the table on their website. *note: while the transfer costs were not cheap, I thought I would splurge when I worked out the costing before I shipped my material. I absolutely would NOT have paid more than figures advertised.* When they received my box, I immediately received a bill from the company demanding immediate payment. Unfortunately, the items as listed bore no resemblance to my items and the bill was wildly inflated. There also was no deduction of the 60 sterling already paid. I rang them. The crazy titles for my materials was apparently an AI error as it can't read handwriting very well. OK. The telephone person didn't want to discuss the bill. She referred it to the manager. A few days later I am I emailed a revised bill with an urgent PAYMENT OVERDUE notice. The bill is still wrong. I email in a detailed explanation with screenshots of their website costings, showing why their bill is way too high. Finally the manager contacts me. Apparently their website is "a bit confusing" and he understood how I came up with my total, BUT the grid of prices as advertised was incorrect and should have used their 'auto-calculator' to find the correct prices. Sorry -- that is not at all legal. Prices were advertised in print, which I provided the screenshots of. They should have honoured their advertised prices, which very clearly included discounts for 5 or more items. But no... the manager refused to adhere to UK law and instead claimed I had to pay what their auto-calculator said was correct. I declined and asked for my money and materials back. After emailing them several more times, I was finally reimbursed the 50 sterling, but not the 10 pounds as apparently that's my loss. You would think the company would offer compensation for my lost time, all the hassle, and their poor website display which falsely advertises incorrect prices and which the manager himself admitted (in writing) was confusing and incorrect. And to make matters worse, they refuse to tell me when they are returning my materials to me. Wall of silence now. Needless to say, I will be taking this further as they are in breech of several consumer protection laws. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Dishonest, lack of transparency, and they are now holding my irreplaceable materials hostage. Outrageous behaviour.
