Never works properly

Never works properly, constantly freezes right after adverts then makes you watch more adverts, constant restarting of app only to run into same problems, several times iv had to give up on what i was trying to watch, barely worth the monthly subscription price.

I signed up when monthly subscription was reduced and I had planned to keep it, but during month 2 of 3 of my subscription, I had an error message saying the channel wasnt available most days, which lasted all evening on a couple of occasions when I had no wifi issue so that was odd. Subtitles randomly disappeared and reappeared again during shows (now fixed by clearing the cache); speech wasn't in time with subtitles (again fixed) but my biggest gripe is the adverts. Interrupting a programme just 6 minutes in for 5 seconds 3 times times to advertise Amex during The Bear is sooo frustrating and pointless - the episode was only 29 mins total!! I like knowing how long adverts are showing for but it's usually not enough time to run to the bathroom or grab a drink but long enough to wind me up because they show the same adverts constantly. Unlike ITV if they've shown adverts once and you rewind a programmr, you don't get the adverts again. Disneyplus just shows the same godawful adverts. I have to mute the one about women worrying about poo during childbirth - who the heck decided to make an advert about this? Seriously gross
I'm still undecided about continuing this subscription and right now I wouldn't recommend. I'm only viewing it so much right now because I hate Wimbledon and the volume of sports coverage on every channel....

Continuously advertise "Coming Soon" and yet months & months later the advertised
"Coming Soon" is still not available.
False advertising so you continue paying the subscription thinking that what you see available on "Coming Soon" will finally be shown.
They take your money month after month though.
I've now sent details, screenshots etc to the Advertising Standards Agency here in the UK & have received a reply saying they are investigating due to the number of complaints 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Do not know how to retain customers.

Refused to let me log in to a new firetv because I had a subscription pause beginning next week. Well now I've cancelled, well done Disney.
Everything they've made recently has been woke dross anyway.

Mug off

Every time we use it get asked to join a household, then logs us out (same house, different rooms..) Get ads, but pay to be ad free. Cancelled our subscription but still have to pay until September?

We should be able to give zero stars

We should be able to give zero stars. I signed up for a 6 month subscription. There is nothing new for me to watch, it's been the same few shows on repeat.
The app constantly crashes, and their technical support is absolutely atrocious - they end the chat before they fix anything.
An absolute waste of money.

What a shambles of a company paid for premium and got ads. Contacted customer support as issues with sky app on sky box told me to take the free version with SKY and pay extra? Erm NO I have cancelled SKY I have paid you to watch your channel minus ads. Anyway they refunded me. I registered a new account different email. logged out of my amazon firestick and logged in with new email and premium account and guess what adverts. What a load of absolite incompetent idiots. Will be cancelling and never watching / subscribing to this channel ever again - Terrible unreliable service - you'll be losing customers by the hundreds - time will tell you are incompetent

Worst streaming platform

How can Disney carry on with such a terrible streaming service knowing how many of us are fed up with it's performance. It's beyond shocking how many times it freezes or just refuses to resume something you were watching. It is by far the worst streaming platform out there. Such incompetence.

Absolutely deplorable service. They incorrectly connected another account to mine then the only resolution was the other account holder resigned up to disney for another annual subscription when they had already paid several months. Not ok.

Please Avoid Disney Plus
I have been fighting with Disney Plus for over 7 months now. I am still waiting on a refund after all this time...
They took £99.90 from my account instead of £9.90 and have given me every known excuse as why they cant refund me. Absolutely terrible. Stick to Netflix much easier to deal with. 14 phone calls made and no money has been refunded still nearly 7 months later i dont even use the subscription they still have my money. BE CAREFUL PLEASE!!!

I living in Czech Republic aka Czechia.movie and tv show content is good,specialy everything without anoying czech voice dubbing,but this is only one good part.Everytime i start app,always i see some stoopid error,i must playing with my network connection on my TV,next problem is subtitles.Subtitles many times in many cases stop working after i stop watching specific movie or tv show,after resume playing,nothing show up.no subtitles.Next anoying part this crap service is price.price for 4K dolby atmos+Vision is over 300Crone by month.is very expensive.next anoying part is resuming watching.everytime and everything is rewind back 5 minutes,in moment resume watching.Sound loudnes and volume:very low,i have Onkyo Home theather with dolby atmos sound,over this fack i have connected my 4K OLED Tv by Earc by HDMI cable,still i must raised volume.another service is very loud.Feedback:no one ask me,why is decided cancel my memebership,no one contact me about my feedback and no one offer me some discount or sonething.Here i see disney is dont care paying customer.
