A very satisfied customer

I have decksaver covers for 2 mixers and 1 controller. The range is impressive! The build quality is reliable and lasting coz it neither gets blurred nor it's prone to easily breaking apart. Considering the thousands of euros/dollars worth of music equipment they protect, the decksaver covers are well worth their prices.

Not fit for purpose

I purchased a Decksaver cover for a Sequential Prophet Rev2, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The cover does not fit the instrument correctly. Instead of protecting the synthesizer, it comes into contact with the wooden side panels and can potentially cause scratching, which completely defeats the purpose of the product.

I contacted Decksaver directly to request support and ask whether there was a recommended solution or adjustment. I received no response.

In practical terms, this amounts to 92 euros spent on a product that fails to perform its advertised function: properly fitting the instrument in order to protect it.

The total lack of any reply from the company only reinforces this negative experience.

Prospective buyers should carefully review the user feedback on Thomann, where multiple customers report the same issue. It is also worth noting that other major retailers, such as Sweetwater and B&H Photo, no longer sell these product.

Based on my experience, this product cannot be considered fit for purpose, and the absence of customer support makes the risk entirely the buyer’s responsibility.

For these reasons, I cannot recommend this product or the company.

I first found this company on Amazon &…

I first found this company on Amazon & ordered 2x decksavers for my Pioneer CDJ 1000’s. A few days after I contacted the Team at Decksavers to see if they had a cover for my holy grail of mixers the Allen & Heath Xone62.
The very next morning they got back to me with a solution that would fit.
The day after my first order was delivered the mixer cover arrived and I’m over the moon with them all.
Fast delivery, fantastic customer service from a friendly team.
Well done Team Decksaver you get a full 5stars from me I would highly recommend to anyone.

Essential item imo

Had the decksaver for my Traktor Kontrol S2 Mk3 quite a while now, nearly 2 yrs! I would not know what I would have done with it. As well as keeping it clean, it's turned my fragile decks into something I can happily stack things on (nothing too heavy). Essential in my view, unless you have space to keep your decks out all the time. Even then I'd get one. Big up decksavers.

My soft fit cover for my ob-6 has just arrived. Great product, really nicely packaged. Experienced great customer service too when I emailed a few questions. Once they release the cover for the Moog Muse I will be buying! And fingers crossed for a Moog Messenger cover down the line!

I purchased a Decksaver for a VMS4 & it fits a VMS5

I purchased a Decksaver for a VMS4 and it arrived well packaged within a few days. I had contacted them before with some questions and found them very helpful. The cover was to fit on a VMS5 as the measurements are the same although the later one looks slightly different on the centre control. I updated their customer service team about this.

I ordered something I couldn’t get in…

I ordered something I couldn’t get in the United States because it was discontinued and it was sent all the way to New York and received within three days of ordering it. I was absolutely blown away by how quick and seamless it was. Highly recommend.

Once again another great product from…

Once again another great product from decksaver bought dust cover for my new xdj-az and it came by super fast post and undamaged and as always fits like a glove
I would call all there products iso standard not only they fit like gloves they look good to and protect you very expensive gear from knocks and spills great work guys keep it up

Great product, highly recommended.

I ordered late on a Friday, order was dispatched Monday as would be expected, and arrived early on Tuesday morning with no delivery surcharge for the Isle of Wight. The cover is great and fits perfectly as it should. Nice, thick polycarbonate plastic, no scratches at all.

Thank you for the prompt delivery and great product. Nice to be able to buy a quality item direct from a UK manufacturer. Highly recommended.

No aftercare at all. Ignored all attempts of communication.

Order were fulfilled and delivered on time. After a few months of non use, just leaving it on some equipment without moving, they started showing stress marks. After getting in touch with deckssver via their website form, email, and Facebook.. I’ve just been left on read after a few messages from them. Very upset with the lack of after care from this company. Shame as it’s hard to find products like this.

After I messed up an order…

After I messed up an order, Decksaver Support helped me cancel the order before it went out so I could place a new one in order to save on shipping. It was a bit of a struggle but they stayed on it and made sure that I ended up 100% satisfied. I’d even say they bent backwards for me at one point. I’ve always been pleased with the quality of their products and the way my gear looks protected under their covers. Now I can say I’m pleased with their support as well.

Arrived with a scratch across the top

Arrived with a scratch across the top. I messaged Decksaver to inform them of this only to be told that i must have used a sharp object to open the box and scratched it. I replied saying i categorically did not....... mmmmmm guess? no reply.
Cheers Decksavers absolutely recommend this product absolutely do not recommend the presumptuous sellers.

Perfect fit hardwearing shame about delivery

The product is perfect and hard wearing and does what it says on the tin so I can’t fault the product but I can fault the customer service.
The company sent a email to say it’s on its way and here’s the tracking number so I’ve put the tracking in my mail tracker app and it says that the company have made an order with the delivery company and it hasn’t been picked up yet this is now the fourth day of looking at the tracking that hasn’t change and it was supposed to be next day delivery which I’ve now got the hump about so I rang decksavers to tell them everything I’ve wrote here and was told everyone has gone home and there’s nothing I can do at 15.50 on a Monday so it seems not only do they not do their jobs properly they are hardly ever there to do the job properly.
This is a really bad experience and the worse part is the decksaver I had before was half the price and I’ve now had to pay a premium for a piece of plastic that’s not much different to the one I had a couple of months ago for my Rane controller compared to this for my Opus Quad controller.
Really upset that it says British made because now I know why everyone buy Chinese because it’s cheap and you hardly get these mistakes.

We are genuinely sorry to hear about your recent delivery experience with your Decksaver cover order.

As we explained to you via email, our courier pickup failed to show on Friday 26th January, the day your item was ready to dispatch.

This meant that the next pick-up was scheduled for Monday 29th. Your package was indeed picked up then and delivered as promised, on the next working day, Tuesday 30th January. On our website, we do say that orders will generally be picked, packed, and sent within 2-3 business days and yours falls into this bracket.

Our office hours are generally 7am to 3.30pm, so when you called, there was, unfortunately, no one in our service team who could assist. We emailed you on Tuesday morning though, to explain the situation, but we had no response.

We send out many hundreds of parcels a month and 99% get there as they should. It’s very unfortunate that yours was one of the few that slipped through the net because of our courier missing a pick-up. Of course, we have sent feedback to our courier company to try an minimise these issues in the future.

I needed a cover for my Rodecaster…

I needed a cover for my Rodecaster mixer deck. Too many cups of coffee came perilously close. After some research on Youtube and Google I was able to find Decksaver as a UK supplier. I chose the slightly more expensive polycarbonate option and raised an order on-line. Delivery was prompt via DPD and the cover fits nicely to my deck. For a relatively low volume sales item I'd say the price was reasonable.
