We are genuinely sorry to hear about your recent delivery experience with your Decksaver cover order.
As we explained to you via email, our courier pickup failed to show on Friday 26th January, the day your item was ready to dispatch.
This meant that the next pick-up was scheduled for Monday 29th. Your package was indeed picked up then and delivered as promised, on the next working day, Tuesday 30th January. On our website, we do say that orders will generally be picked, packed, and sent within 2-3 business days and yours falls into this bracket.
Our office hours are generally 7am to 3.30pm, so when you called, there was, unfortunately, no one in our service team who could assist. We emailed you on Tuesday morning though, to explain the situation, but we had no response.
We send out many hundreds of parcels a month and 99% get there as they should. It’s very unfortunate that yours was one of the few that slipped through the net because of our courier missing a pick-up. Of course, we have sent feedback to our courier company to try an minimise these issues in the future.
