Brilliant. Highly recommend

Cinch are amazing. I unfortunately had problems with my new car but the company were brilliant. Natalie in refunds really went the extra mile to help me. Return was easy and no pressure at all. I’m definitely buying another car from cinch. The team are all super friendly and helpful through the whole process. Mo was great with the hand over. It was nobody’s fault I had a problem and had to request a refund. Highly recommend this company

Appalling service, rude staff, and a completely wasted journey

​I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Cinch Corby. After speaking with multiple different representatives on the phone to confirm an appointment, my family and I drove 45 minutes out of our way to the Cinch Corby site to view a Polestar 2.
​Upon arriving, a staff member named Oliver aggressively accused us of turning up without an appointment. Despite explaining we had booked it over the phone, he was incredibly rude, dismissive, and simply refused to let us see the car. There was still more than an hour to close the office but due to his laziness and their internal scheduling errors, we were turned away.
​We wasted fuel and almost two hours of our day, and my family was left deeply upset by the hostility we faced. I lodged a formal complaint with their customer service team and received a generic, copy-paste apology that completely ignored my request for compensation regarding our wasted time and travel costs. Sadly, reading other reviews, it seems I am not the only customer who has suffered a completely wasted journey caused by Cinch.

​If you want a hassle-free experience, avoid them at all costs. They do not value your time, their internal communication is completely broken, and their on-site staff are shockingly unprofessional.

Seamless Experience

I was kept informed from start to finish from buying my car, right through to delivery.

Massive thanks to Jerome who drove my delivery the 3.5 hrs from Derby to my location - he was such a pleasure to talk to and so friendly.

Seamless Experience From Beginning to End.

I was kept up to date in terms of buying a car right through to getting it delivered. The whole scenario was seamless right through to the driver calling me 30 mins before he was due to deliver my car.

Massive kudos to Jerome my delivery driver who kept me informed and talked me though the car upon delivery. So friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

After a very disappointing experience…

After a very disappointing experience buying a car elsewhere, I decided to purchase my next car from Cinch, and I’m so glad I did.

Since buying my car I had 2 minor…

Since buying my car I had 2 minor issues both times they were quickly resolved, At first it was the ac blowing out warm, I was booked into Mercedes benz chichester for the following week and the issue was sorted and today I had toby come out to reset the service meter as it hadn’t been done on the most recent service, he sorted the issue quickly and came nice and early which was good

This was our first time buying a car…

This was our first time buying a car from Cinch and we changed our mind on the type of car prior to collection. This turned into a bit of a headache for us given we needed to cancel car insurance, breakdown & tax. We had a family bereavement 3 weeks ago and needed to replace a motability car asap. Courtney Harvey was awesome and helped us navigate this process. Nothing was to much trouble and she was polite and efficient. I would highly recommend to All. This was a seamless and pleasant transaction made all the better by Courtney

Complete peace of mind

I've tried buying second hand cars and frankly it's such a lottery and I end up spending more on garage fees than if I'd bought a decent car. Not only do I get peace of mind with Cinch but they make the buying experience really easy and feel like it's a bit special. Lovely staff.
