Bought the office pack as I need it to do work however to install you have to go through links and download software from their links which I found very dodgy

contacted for a refund reading the reviews it seems unlikely hopefully this will be sorted

following on from this giving credit where its due refund received the same day very fast support just wasn't the right one for me unfortunately

After my windows 11 installation i was skeptical of buying on this site, but after i activate it, windows 11 pro became fully fonctinal

Product supplied promptly and the support was excellent, definitely recommend.

This is going to be a long piece of text as I want to be as clear and honest as possible in my review, thus ensuring no information is missed.

My MS office 365 suddenly expired on me, I had previously bought a license off a similar website to cd-keys but I couldn't find the correspondence so decided to simply buy a new package.

I bought a copy for £73.55 from cd-keys on Sunday May 24th, which I desperately needed to work in order to issue one outstanding invoice to a client, before going away for 3 weeks the following day.

Details of how to install the software came shortly after the purchase but unfortunately the corresponding link did not work. I run a business myself and I know all too well that these things happen, so i e-mailed my client to let them know the situation, they were happy to pay upfront, thankfully. I followed up with an e-mail to cd-keys stating that the product had not worked for me and that I would be going away the following day for 3 weeks. In the t&c's I noted that it mentioned the product had to be installed within 15 days, so I made a point to mention that, whilst I appreciate the policies they have in place I equally hoped they would be professional in accepting liability of a faulty product.

This was not the case.

I received an email two days later, he accepted liability and even gave me a reason as to why it wouldn't work, but he would not refund me nor would he assure me that I would be able to install the product when I got back home 3 weeks later.

When I reminded him that the reason I could not install the product in the first place was due to a fault of their own, he simply highlighted their policy, again, and again. He even told me that it only takes 2 mins to install, after having told him I am on holiday, away from home and work. It was almost as if I were speaking to a brick wall. At that point I had to come a conclusion that I've lost that money because it was upsetting me and I was meant to be on holiday.

I emailed him again as soon as I got back because the new link he had sent me also had missing information in it, again. This time it was a missing link in a youtube video. I emailed him twice more and never received a response.

I have today just bought myself a legitimate copy of office 365 for a total of £84.99. In hindsight, was it worth all this hassle for for an £11 saving? Of course not.

To conclude, I would not recommend these guys whatsoever, hopefully my experience dissuades anyone looking to purchase a 365 package because the savings really are marginal.

I purchased an Office license and they wanted me to run some executable that I should download from some weird links. I've declined and asked for my money back, they refused.

They are also not affiliated with cd-keys.com which is a trustworthy business, they are impersonating.

Needed a product key for an 11 year old laptop, originally had windows 8 on it, I installed windows 10 and then thought I would try and install 11. Followed you tube videos and it worked but needed a product key for personalisation changes. Found this site, read reviews, loads cheaper than microsoft or Amazon, £9.97. Paid it and product key emailed within seconds and worked fine. Top marks.

But the story : i have had Multiple emails with this company in the past, and they ghost you the moment youre not a intresting client anymore, so again dont fall for it.

But in good faith i have send a email, and see what they will do.
I will update my Review based on their decision.

Tried out the service yesterday and received the key instantly. Initially I ran into an issue during the evening and got help from their support immediately. This is a service I’ll recommend to anyone around me. Keep up the good work guys!

I bought a windows 11 cd-key, you could only active for 10 days, very strange. Avoid!
