I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
The booking process appears to lack basic security measures. In my case, it seemed possible for someone to create a holiday reservation using only my name or email address, without any password verification or email confirmation. This raises serious concerns about the security of the reservation system and the protection of customers' personal information.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was later contacted and asked to pay charges or cancellation fees for a booking that I did not knowingly confirm through a secure verification process.
For a company affiliated or cooperating with Neckermann Germany, I expected much stronger security standards. At a minimum, the booking system should require account authentication or email confirmation before a reservation becomes binding.
I hope the company reviews its reservation process and implements proper security measures to prevent similar situations from happening to other customers.
Poor service
Overall, we had a pleasant holiday, but the service and organization provided by Anex Tour were disappointing at almost every stage of our trip.
1. **Arrival transfer:** We had to wait for a long time at the airport for other passengers to arrive. The wait itself was not the main issue, but no one explained why we were waiting, how long it would take, or when the transfer would depart. The complete lack of communication made the experience frustrating and unprofessional.
2. **Transfer representative:** The accompanying representative provided virtually no information. We were not told how long the journey would take, how many hotels we would stop at, or the order of the drop-offs. Normally, a representative gives at least a brief overview of the route and some useful information about the destination, but none of that happened.
3. **Boat excursion:** The excursion started later than scheduled, and as long as it finished we had to wait more than 45 minutes in the scorching sun for other tourists to arrive. No explanation or apology was given. It was a very poor start to what should have been an enjoyable experience.
4. **Departure information:** The day before our flight, there was no departure transfer information on the hotel's Anex Tour notice board. We had to find out the details ourselves, even though providing this information is one of the tour operator's basic responsibilities.
5. **Airport transfer:** The transfer to the airport took about three hours because the bus stopped at numerous hotels along the way. As a result, we were the last passengers to arrive at the airport and the last to join the check-in queue. Throughout the journey, the representative barely spoke and provided no useful information. Only a minute before we got off the bus did she announce the check-in counters—and even then, she referred only to departure times instead of flight numbers, which caused unnecessary confusion.
Overall, it felt as though the representatives' only responsibility was to transport passengers from one place to another. There was very little customer care, communication, or attention to the needs of the tourists.
I hope Anex Tour places greater emphasis on the quality of its customer service. In many situations, simply keeping passengers informed would make delays and waiting times much easier to accept.

Complaint regarding discrimination, xenophobia, and gross violation of professional ethics by Anex agent Zhanna Belolipetskaia
I am writing to express my utmost outrage and shock regarding the level of "service" and attitude displayed by an Anex travel agent. By making overtly discriminatory remarks targeted at citizens of Kazakhstan, this employee has crossed all boundaries of not only professional ethics but also basic human decency.
During our communication, your company's representative permitted herself to use offensive, stereotypical judgments, openly implying that Kazakhstani tourists are "poor" and supposedly cannot afford a high-quality vacation.
I would like to remind this employee and the company's management of the following:
Kazakhstan tourists represent a massive, financially solvent, and strategically vital market for the global tourism industry (including Türkiye, the UAE, and Europe). Our citizens consistently choose and book premium-class hotels, spending substantial amounts on their travels.
It is 2026. Judging clients' financial capabilities based on their nationality or passport is a sign of dense unprofessionalism, racism, and pure xenophobia.
Such behavior casts a dark shadow over the reputation of the Anex brand. Everyone's money and passports hold the same value, but as it turns out, Zhanna's level of culture and basic decency is completely non-existent.

I want to leave a review about Anex Tour. During our trip to Egypt, my friend suffered a severe arrhythmia attack during an excursion and ended up in intensive care. When I called our guide asking for urgent help, I was simply told to contact the insurance company. No translator assistance or communication help with the clinic was offered, even though we were in a completely foreign country. I had to arrange all documents, the “fit to fly” certificate, transfers, and even taxis by myself while under enormous stress and facing a language barrier. Thankfully, I managed to bring my friend back to Lithuania alive, where he is still receiving treatment. After this experience, I will never travel with Anex again.

ANEX TOUR does not comply with the decision of the official authority
ANEX TOUR cheated me that was later officially confirmed by the decision of and the Consumer Rights Protection Center (CRPC). Also the aforementioned decision obliged ANEX TOUR to refund me the amount I spent to eliminate the inconvenience caused to me by actions of ANEX TOUR.
Up to this moment ANEX TOUR (a.k.a SIA "Baltic World") had not refunded the money and had not responded to reminders about the need to comply with the CRPC's decision.
This gives reason to believe that ANEX TOUR (a.k.a SIA “Baltic World”) is acting dishonestly and may not be able to fulfill its obligations.
No Airport transfer
Airport transfer have never been provided. We spent 140$ for the taxy and ANEX Tour denied the compensation

The Anextour transfer driver ruined our family's vacation in August 2025. The day before departure, the manager of the Almera Park Hotel in Alanya (Antalya) called a transfer, which picked us up at the agreed time. We traveled the entire way to the airport alone, without any passengers, in a bus. There was a stop in the parking lot; we were told it would take 15 minutes. We were standing next to the bus, 2 meters from the windshield, and there were still 5 minutes until departure. The driver saw us and suddenly drove off. The four of us ran after the bus, and when we caught up with it, it accelerated and drove off with our belongings. Other drivers and parking lot employees saw this. We panicked because our plane was about to depart and the driver had stolen our suitcases containing our documents. We memorized the bus numbers and gave them to the company representative. The employees then contacted the driver by phone and told him to go to the airport and wait for us there. Another bus then took our family to the airport, and the driver had to return our belongings. We called the police, gave them all the details, the police stayed with the driver, and we flew to Berlin. We don't wish such a theft of luggage with documents on anyone and ask the management to contact the driver of this bus. Minibus number 06 CVV 563, the call went to the Almera Park Hotel, Alanya on August 12, 2025, at 12:15 PM.

Turkey vacation
If you go to Turkey with them, they start coercing you into buying trips. If you don't, they treat you badly after.
Canceled trip
I buy a tour, i pay for it and after some days they cancel my trip. They say the hotel is not available. Than, i see the same dates, same hotel, same flight in their website but 300Eur more than i paid. Soo, they cancel my reservation because they try to sell it for bigger price. Not good company.
I cant cancel whitou fees, they can do everything they want.

Not even worth one star! Stay AWAY from this company! Unbelieveable incompetent and unprofessional behaviour of the company which I have never experienced before in many years and many journeys around the world.The trip to Crete could not be carried out due to windy weather and the airplane did not land in HER. Strange that when looking at different flight apps other airlines did land in HER at the same time! So they (CONDOR serviced by Bulgaria Air) flew us to Athens and they let us sit in the plane for more than 3 hours with the information that we fly back to STR and we should contact our travel agency. Sundays no service! When I called Monday morning with the question what the options and next steps were the service agent told me that it is the failure of the airline and I should contact them and then directly hang up on me. I had no chance to ask further questions. So I wrote an E-Mail with the request that I expect a refund of the costs incurred. A day later I received an E-Mail that they do not refund any cost and that I should contact the airline...telling me that they wish I still hope that I had a pleasant vacation...which I never had. So their troublemanagement is handled by KI which does not satisfy the customer at all and the company is obviously counting that the customer is giving up on trying to get the money for the vacation back. So - STAY AWAY from this company.
I think you cannot find worst Travel Agency
Very bad travel agency, went with them to Bodrum last June, they need for a response for almost a year. Also, even if you give them a proof, they still don't believe you. So all of you who want to make a reservation through them, avoid at any cost! Never going anywhere with them!
Our experience with Anex Tour was…
Our experience with Anex Tour was absolutely terrible and we feel it is important to warn other travelers.
When we encountered serious problems during our holiday, such as a broken air conditioning system, a hotel under loud daily construction, aggressive guests, and completely unsuitable conditions for families, Anex Tour did absolutely nothing to help us. Despite their promises of 24-hour customer service, it was practically impossible to reach anyone. Their so-called 24/7 emergency hotline was never answered, no matter how many times we tried to call.
When we finally managed to get a response through great effort, their only solution was to offer us to switch hotels for an outrageous extra charge of €900 for just three days. Instead of providing any meaningful support or solutions, they tried to take advantage of our situation by asking for an absurd amount of money.
It was clear that Anex Tour had no real interest in helping their customers once the holiday had been paid for. They were unreachable, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. During the entire ordeal, we were left completely on our own without any assistance from the tour operator that was supposed to be responsible for our holiday experience.
Because of this experience, we will never book a holiday through Anex Tour again, and we strongly recommend others to avoid them at all costs.
They abandon their customers when problems arise, offer no real customer service, and only seem interested in collecting more money without providing any proper support.
Booking with Anex Tour was one of the biggest mistakes of our trip, do not make the same mistake.
Useless Tour Company with Pointless Staff
We are now in the Asteria Bloom hotel Side, and I had a trouble that my suitcase didn't arrive same time as me yesterday, it was in Tallinn and came to Antalya airport just today.
The first bad news was from the airlines. I got the contact of the gentleman who filed a report for my luggage at the Antalya airport T2 Lost and Found office, he was very helpful and when he tried to arrange a transfer, the airline deny it and said that it was passenger fault.
The second bad news is that the hotel is full of Anex tour people and they're all useless in helping out, the tour guide herself, first misinformed me during the checkin date that my baggage will arrive to the hotel. And second day, she was met by my girlfriend at the hotel and she snapped at her (I was told she wasn't kind at all, and my gf told me that she looked overall quite annoyed for the situation) that's because perhaps we were not interested in buying a tour from her but we actually had to deal with a real problem instead.
Anyways, now i need to arrange transportation to airport again (while Anex tour cars keep going to the airport and hotel back and forth daily), they have so many transfer cars, so many people all around - with 0 solution.
So I am here with the same clothes for more than 48 hours, second day of my trip is going without my luggage and all belongings, i have to pay extra 140 eur to get to Antalya airport again (i am not going there myself, i prepared a power of attorney which has my passport copy, my signature and a statement that I allow X person to get my luggage)..
So bottom line, all the money, energy, time spent on this surely make me realize that I will never book anything from Anex tour or MGA ever again!

Be extremely careful with this company!
We are involving the police,
They canceled our flights and hotel while we were already in Munich to take the flights on the next morning.
In addition, the’ve tried to charge us a 90% as cancellation fee. They also never answer the phone. I would advice consumers who suffer the same abuse to report this fraudulent company who tries, to take money from the customers without delivering the service the customers paid for.

Our Hurghada trip with Anex Tour was accompanied by a number of unpleasant situations. From the very beginning, our flight was delayed by an hour, and the transfer to the hotel departed later than scheduled, even though all the arriving passengers were already seated on the bus. On the way to the hotel, the tour operator’s representative persistently warned us to avoid contact with locals and even with the hotel manager, claiming that everyone was trying to deceive us. He insisted that all issues should be resolved exclusively through the hotel guide.
We actually had an issue with our room—our family of four was placed in a double room. The only help the hotel representative provided was bringing us to the hotel manager, who offered to add a folding bed. A room change was only possible for an additional fee.
A special mention must be made of the hotel guide, Khaled. At the mandatory meeting on March 8, from 9 to 10 AM (instead of breakfast), he spent the entire hour selling excursions. When one of the groups present expressed their unwillingness to participate in the excursions, Khaled reacted irritably, considering it disrespectful. When we objected, saying we had only three days of vacation and no time for excursions, he rudely asked: “Aren’t you ashamed? Did you come here just to eat?”
Additionally, there was inconsistency in the excursion prices. Initially, we were quoted $40, but later, for our group, the price increased to $44, supposedly due to different rates for tourists from different countries.
Another issue was the imposition of a shopping tour disguised as a sightseeing excursion. After we refused the paid excursions, Khaled and his assistant offered us a free city tour with a visit to a shopping mall. We agreed and arranged a meeting time. However, just before departure, when we clarified the route, we found out that it included visits to a leather center, an oil store, and other shopping stops, which we were not interested in. The guide-driver became confused, called his boss, and handed us the phone, forcing us to explain why we were refusing the tour instead of enjoying our vacation. Is this not extreme disrespect?
I find such behavior unacceptable towards tourists who have already paid a significant amount for their trip. The aggressive selling of unnecessary services and the rude attitude of the hotel guide significantly spoiled our impression of the vacation.
Creepy employees
Be wary, particularly of Mashliz (Мажлис), the organiser, who takes young female clients phone numbers from their booking and harasses them.
