I definitely believe in credit where credit is due , I have an old Daf FA45 , so most places can't even be bothered , Monday I had been trying to find a coolant pressure cap , I had been onto several dealers all over the country including Norther Ireland , and a chap there was good enough to find other dealer with stock , and passed me there details .
I was lucky enough to get Josh on the line who was really helpful from the start , he did have the part on the shelf which had also been obsolete for quite awhile , but had been on their shelf since 2017 , good for me , anyway he got and I paid for it , only issue was he was miles away from me , and they don't post items out , but he went above and beyond packaged it up and sent it to me on his own time personally.
I obviously reimbursed his cost of postage and packaging , but he actually put him self out to help me for a £25 part , and I could tell he was a young chap , so this is very rare nowadays , no one puts themselves anymore for anyone , but he did , and the company should be proud of him , thankyou Josh.......

Had the cam belt replaced on my 2018 fiat Ducato on the 16th of April. The staff were very friendly and professional. All the work was done in the day that it was arranged. I'm aware it is quite a difficult job due to the access. I am very pleased. I took it to somewhere that had experience mechanics ,and at a very competitive price.

Had a full service including comfortmatic gearbox. Took it in at 8am and ready by 1pm. Gave me a full briefing on what they did and advised me on items that needed doing. Excellent company to deal with and very friendly staff!

Had our Fiat Campervan in for it's first 5 year change of cambelt.

Work completed in under 4 hours and full breakdown of all the work and parts fitted explained when finished. Have used Adams Morey Portsmouth twice now and consistantly good service

From first contact services were excellent. AM have serviced my Chausson motorhome from new, as it's five years old it was due a timing belt and MOT and interim oil service.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Work was carried out promptly.

Our 2009 Rapido motorhome was serviced at the Portsmouth branch this week. We were recommended to go here by other motorhome users as they are experts on servicing the Comfortmatic automatic gearbox.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, in that having it serviced previously elsewhere it appears other garages are reluctant to touch this specialist gearbox. We now have peace of mind that our motorhome is fully serviced to take to Europe. Their customer service, communication and expertise are 5 star

I contacted Adam Morey regarding registering my new Fiat Ducato based Motorhome to purchase the Fiat 5yr Extended Warranty. I dealt with Jo Collinson who is the Service Administrator and can honestly say she has been excellent throughout the process. Giving me all the advice/information I required and keeping me updated. She is a credit to Adam Morey.

Adams Morey Portsmouth tried to hide the fact that our brand new campervan had problems before we’d even taken delivery, and when problems did occur less than 6 months later they didn’t reveal the problems. It was only the fact that the wrong paperwork was given to us, which proved the fault was there before delivery,that we were able to get our money back from the motorhome dealership (see my review for Southdowns Motorhome Centre Portsmouth)

The 5th Fiat garage & we found someone who could actually replace our failed ZF9 speed auto gearbox. Recommend by many FB groups. Our MH dealer was useless wasting 6 months of time, so I booked it in myself under warranty. 7mths & 1 day later we got our brand new MH back. Can't recommend Adams Morey enough. Under promised & over delivered by a month, a rare quality these days. Simon & Jo were extremely pleasant & helpful to deal with. Thx so much.

MH broke down, miles away from home, missed ferry and pitched up at this company on spec… they were superb. They could see we were stressed, but calmly explained what was happening… they needed Italian Fiat to reply who did, part overnighted.

Turned up at 4pm with a poorly van, limped from Hayling island to Southampton. Explained our predicament and that the van is our home. Not a problem the nice girl said. Out came our saviour luke. He ran a diagnostics and told us the problem and that he would get the van sorted. An hour later we were on our way. Thankyou Luke and thankyou to the 2 lovely ladies who put us at ease.

Oh how so refreshing to find such helpful and friendly Parts and service staff,
Even though I hadn't booked, they bent over backwards to resolve my Motorhome problem!
Very impressed, they now have a very loyal customer.

placed order for part which was wrong so wrang back 10 min later to advise no problem, but the order had been placed, ordered the correct part and this would be delivered in two days, so i expected the first order to be returned to fiat and my money refunded, went to collect my second order but unknown to me i was given the first order, so wrang back no problem bring it back when you collect your second order, be in a couple of days, phone to check on delivery its now on back order couple of weeks, it arrives and i drive the 40 mile round trip again return the first order and collect second the right part this time, no refund and can't return part as fiat have them by the balls!! evidently, then to add insult to injury i was told by the manager they could have delivered and collected, this had never been mentioned before very disappointed and will be pursuing a refund.

Took my new Fiat Ducato motorhome in for a diagnostic check and had some work done under warranty today. Initially I spoke with Jo on the service desk who was extremely courteous and pleasant to deal with, booking me in the following week and explaining how things would work. I subsequently also spoke with David the manager who was very knowledgeable about all things Fiat and gave me some good advice re. filling up with AdBlue and other matters. All in all customer service was delivered in a professional and friendly way - such a refreshing change! Jo and David are a credit to Adams Morey. It seems this is nothing unusual, as whilst there I overheard another customer saying how friendly the team are.
