Ok I did enjoy here until the cracks appeared..they have a bonus where you deposit and wager £15 then you spin the wheel for up ro 2000 shop points ..I deposited and did the wager and won some points so I went to shop section and purchased 5 spins..I did the spins landed a bonus and the other 4 spins some nice wins then ended . However end of the game I Recieved £1!!! Went to customer service to be told arrogantly that the winnings are capped at £1 with a x10 wager..what for a £15 deposit and wager offer?? Wtf is this the withdrawals are 24 hours which is bad enough but a deposit and wager £15 offer is capped at £1 with 10x wager on said pound?? Suddenly I enjoy a nice win and despite not having a problem before, they decide they require ID etc. I provide that, so they close my account, with holding MY money, because they say they are worried that i wanted to spend it!!!!!!
