Monica Lewis (born May Lewis; May 5, 1922 – June 12, 2015) was an American actress and jazz singer. Her career began in 1948 and ended in 1988. She was best known for her roles in the movies Earthquake (1974), Rollercoaster (1977), and both Airport '77 (1977) and The Concorde ... Airport '79 (1979). She was also the voice of Chiquita Banana.

Lewis was born in Chicago, Illinois. She was married twice and had three sons.

Lewis died from natural causes on June 12, 2015 at her Woodland Hills apartment in Los Angeles, California. She was 93.[1]
