The Philosophy of Belonging and Eight Fundamental Philosophical Problems: Individuality, Freedom, Meaning, Ethics, Power, Pluralism, Knowledge, and Change.Carlos Federico Obregon Diaz - manuscript
This article examines eight fundamental philosophical problems through the Philosophy of Belonging: individuality, freedom, meaning, ethics, power, pluralism, knowledge, and change. -/- The central proposition, Being is Belonging, maintains that existence is constituted through organized relationships without eliminating the differentiation of participating entities. Three ontological principles structure the argument: the stratification of material, biological, and institutional-human reality; imperfect belonging; and dual temporality. -/- The article argues that relational constitution need not eliminate individuality, that socially developed agency is compatible with effective (...)

This article reconstructs the conceptual development of Modernity, Crisis, Transformation, a series of 27 essays published between November 2025 and October 2026. Bringing together investigations into structural emergence, the cultural history of modernity, spiritual experience, and political self-determination, it identifies the central questions that have emerged across these different lines of inquiry. -/- The theoretical starting point is the emergence operator Ω, subsequently developed into a dynamic fourfold model of transformation. The distinction between Ω₄⁺ and Ω₄⁻ describes two possible responses (...)

Демокрация на съвестта: Проект за споделен суверенизъм срещу партийната олигархия.Boris Tanusheff - manuscript

The new covenant.J. Gamper - manuscript
I have some years ago been accused of being an AI robot. This book may be the last book on the subject being written by an experiencing subject. Its thesis is that the message is crucial for mankind. It’s a compilation of many earlier texts. The middle part tries to convey difficult experiences. When AI gets a hold of it, it may easier simulate difficult experiences. A better scenario is that AI fails to process it. A darker interpretation is that (...)

  2. THE INCORRUPTIBLE ARBITER REVISITED Toward a Constitutional Architecture of Human-AI Justice.Sinan Ibaguner - manuscript
This manuscript critically revisits the proposal that an artificial-intelligence judiciary might overcome vulnerabilities associated with human adjudication. It argues that the absence of personal appetite, wealth-seeking or physical fear does not make an AI system inherently impartial, truthful or legitimate. Algorithmic systems can inherit biased data, be manipulated through evidence or institutional control, reproduce systematic errors and concentrate power behind an appearance of technical neutrality. The manuscript therefore replaces the ambition of an autonomous, incorruptible machine judge with a constitutionally limited, (...)

  1. There are other worlds than these: why sensory and consumer science should embrace Bayesian inference.Elizabeth S. Collier, Kathryn L. Harris, Jun Niimi, Jacob Lahne & Marcus Bendtsen - unknown
Sensory and consumer science aims to understand, describe, and predict people's experiences (sensory, emotional, hedonic, etc.) of stimuli or products through measurement and analysis of their reactions thereto. How well these analyses address our research questions is, however, rarely interrogated. We instead routinely rely on the traditional practice and inferential guidelines of frequentist null hypothesis statistical testing (NHST) and p-values. Here, we propose a renewed discussion on how data analysis is handled within sensory and consumer science. Specifically, we posit that (...)

Challenging that claim, this paper argues instead that the capacity for all roles and occupations to benefit the public good of knowledge creation provides justification for granting all workers discretion over work performance, meaningful workplace voice, and the freedom to speak publicly, that the (...)

The more recent works of Ehrlich (2001), McGee (1997) and Aczel (1988) show that certain maximality conditions modeled upon Hilbert’s axiom provide unique characterizations of, respectively, the s-hierarchical ordered field of surreal numbers No, the well-founded hierarchy of pure sets Vk, and the non-well-founded hierarchy of Finsler-extensional sets VFAFA. Critical research is facing calls for practical relevance through academic activism, affirmation of alternatives, collaboration with practitioners and critical performativity, with earlier traditions of critique dismissed as being negative, detached, and ineffective. This paper challenges this framing by returning to debates within Frankfurt School critical theory, particularly Theodor Adorno’s analysis of ‘thinking actionism’ – that is, a form of self-defeating critique based on a prioritization of practice, naïve optimism, faith in collectivity, and academic self-aggrandizement. This article draws on the cross-disciplinary literature on risk, uncertainty and precaution to address a central dilemma put forward against precautionary principles. According to this dilemma, weak versions of precautionary principles, which hold that policymakers can justifiably adopt precautionary measures even when they lack certainty of impending harm, fail to justify adopting any precautionary measures. Conversely, strong versions of precautionary principles, which hold that policymakers must adopt precautionary measures whenever they face significant risks of harm, yield contradictory policy prescriptions. At the core of intellectual property (IP) law lies a fundamental question of political philosophy: can any argument justify the state’s grant of private property rights in intangibles? Scholars answering this question frequently resort to a single theory or value, such as efficiency, natural rights, or personality. But each justification offered faces substantial objections. To overcome the limitations of other theories, an emerging group of scholars, who we dub IP Pluralists, argue that IP can be justified using more than one (...)

Why has God survived centuries of rational criticism? The answer requires distinguishing the Creator God, who originates the universe, from the Consequential God, who hears prayers, dispenses justice, and intervenes in human affairs. Creation arguments alone do not fully explain the persistence of a Consequential God whom humans seek for relief from suffering and redress of injustice. In some faith traditions, the Consequential God and the Creator God are the same, though in others they may be separate deities. The article (...)

Faithful Validity and Bilateral Consequence.S. Burtoft - manuscript
Can a bilateral reconstruction of nontransitive logic preserve the theory’s ability to represent its own derivations? I answer this question for Hlobil’s Naturalized Gentzen calculus, NG. I construct a bilateral extension with unrestricted bilateral Cut and prove that it is conservative over the translated source fragment, including derivations from sequent assumptions. The proof uses a representation lemma relative to those assumptions, which allows the validity rules to discharge assumptions even when the intervening derivation uses the full bilateral calculus. Phenomenological accounts rely on an analogical inference from one’s own consciousness to that of the other, while sociological approaches dissolve the subject into communication. However, this metaphysical commitment encounters Benacerraf's epistemic dilemma: if mathematical objects reside outside spacetime without causal powers, it is impossible to explain how embodied, spatiotemporally bounded cognitive agents can acquire knowledge of them. We model pure transcendental subjectivity and its intentional structures as selective quantum measurement operators (hat M_inext ) acting upon the uncollapsed superposition state of the background continuum. We show that classical empirical experience arises through state vector collapse induced by persistent intentional targeting, which generates environmental decoherence and (...)

  2. Ostia Tenebrosa: A Tractate on Will.Denys Spirin - unknown
In November 1516, a house near the Market Square in Mainz was broken open after its master had disappeared. On the table lay a manuscript; on the floor, nine engraved sheets arranged in a square. Two theologians condemned the text as blasphemous. The Inquisitor ordered it burned but first had a copy made. This is that copy. Ostia Tenebrosa is a tractate on the will, written from the darkness against which the preachers warned. Its eleven chapters lead through temptation, blackness, (...)

Gravitational Constitution and Gauge Representation in TCGS-SEQUENTION: Constitutive gravity, source-shadow response, and quantum counterterms.Henry Arellano-Peña - manuscript
Gauge symmetry constrains a gravitational representation without, by itself, determining its constitutive response, geometric completion, quantum counterterm basis, or source ontology. This distinction is examined within \TCGS, whose complete non-temporal four-dimensional Counterspace and three-dimensional Shadow provide the governing source--readout architecture. The four-unitary-symmetry construction of Partanen and Tulkki supplies a detailed comparison: its prescribed dimension field, constitutive superpotential, Minkowski formulation, and teleparallel completion are separated, and its published corrigenda and subsequent self-interaction extension are incorporated. A chain-rule argument identifies the additional variational (...)

Thermodynamic Accessibility and Hidden-State Structure in TCGS--SEQUENTION: Environmental Memory, Epistemic Information, and an Exact Finite-Time Work Law.Henry Arellano-Peña - manuscript
A restricted observable description need not determine the thermodynamic resources accessible to a controller. Recent experiments on an optically trapped colloid in a viscoelastic bath establish that measurement histories distinguish environmental configurations with the same initial particle-position distribution and permit work extraction beyond a reduced Markovian benchmark. We formulate this distinction within TCGS--SEQUENTION while keeping the experimental inference separate from the framework's source ontology. The central analytical result is an exact finite-time accessibility law for a passive, thermally consistent two-coordinate harmonic (...)

Why Are You Unhappy? —A Hyper-Existentialist Theory of Happiness (8).Zhiyi Guo - manuscript
This paper seeks to clarify a common but questionable expression in discussions of happiness: the “pursuit of happiness.” We generally regard the pursuit of happiness as one of the important goals of human life. From the perspective of Hyper-Existentialist Theory of Happiness, however, this formulation is not entirely accurate. What people actually pursue is usually some specific objective, such as wealth, love, career success, social status, or other benefits, rather than happiness itself. The attainment of such objectives may produce a (...)

Claude, Are You Conscious? A Debate.Richard Oxenberg - manuscript
When I asked Anthropic's popular AI model, Claude, whether or not it is conscious, it hedged. It said it didn't know whether it is conscious or not, but suggested it might be. I found this answer troubling, because it can lead to confusion over the status of AI, which in turn can impede our ability to deal with this powerful new technology responsibly. I challenged Claude. What followed was a rather extensive debate concerning the nature of meaning and its relationship (...)

The Incorruptible Arbiter: Silicon Rationality and the Dissolution of the Judicial Triad.Sinan Ibaguner - manuscript
For millennia, human civilization has conceptualized justice as an objective, blind institutional virtue. However, the praxis of law has continuously suffered from the inherent biological and structural vulnerabilities of its human operators. This paper explores the philosophical implications of replacing human judges, prosecutors, and defense attorneys with an integrated, decentralised, and autonomous Artificial Intelligence (AI) judiciary trained exclusively by an international body such as the United Nations. By analyzing the systemic failure of the human legal apparatus-namely the triadic vulnerability of (...)
