As our team informed you, the digital item/code you ordered, was requested/viewed by you/your Shopto account and was redeemed, after you had requested/viewed the code, confirming, that the code was valid and had not been redeemed, prior to being requested/seen/entered by yourself

The specific order number/code you provided to us, has been provided only, to you/your Shopto account, therefore only you/your account will have access to view the code for that order, ergo, only you/any other person you may allow to use/view your Shopto account, would have been able to view the code and enter thus redeeming the code.Our team said, it must be an error on your side ie perhaps you are attempting to redeem a code that you had previously/already redeemed on a previous occasion, or, perhaps there is an issue on Sony side, as the code has been entered and redeemed, with no error message being provided, the code has been associated with/added to the PSN account that was logged into, when the code was entered
