Decent product, poor aftercare
The energy itself does the job — no complaints there. But customer service falls short once you're actually a customer. I wanted to switch tariffs and found there was no real discussion to be had; everything had to be done online, with no option to talk it through with someone who could explain the choices or help me pick what suited me best.
It left me feeling like a number rather than a customer. If you're happy managing everything yourself through an app or website, this works fine. But if you want any kind of personal support when your circumstances change, don't expect much.

This has been the worst experience I've had with an energy provider. Their prices are much higher than other suppliers, and I was charged amounts that I did not expect or believe were properly explained.
I had a prepayment meter, and when my contract ended, there was still credit on the meter. Instead of refunding my remaining credit, they sent me a final bill. When I contacted customer service, I was told the charge was for the smart meter.
After I paid the bill, I received an email stating that I had a £27 credit and that it would be refunded to my bank account within 14 days, provided I didn't cancel my Direct Debit. However, instead of receiving the refund, another £33 was taken from my account.
Overall, I found the billing process confusing and frustrating, and resolving the issue took far more time and effort than it should have. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to check their bills carefully and monitor their account closely.
