Incredibly quick delivery and easy to navigate site.

I like to shop here. I even got advice for my allergic dog at the shop.
I usually buy online, but when I can, I go to the shop as well.

Just a perfect product for us ordered! This vendor even added new country in their pages to make possible for me to place an order! And the delivery was confirmed few hours after finalizing the order!! Super service!! Certainly will use them in the future, too! And surely tell all my friends about this wonderful shop! 10+++ points!!

Had some trouble with items not being received. 2 emails and 1 Facebook message and no reply.
Mypets.dk made contact after my initial trust pilot review, as they said they did not receive my emails - they went to spam.
The issue has now been resolved and I have been refunded very quickly, therefore I have changed my review.
The goods supplied were as described and shipped in a reasonable time. It is a pity the other goods never arrived - although they told me they did ship them (It may be lost in the post).

Havde nogle problemer med, at varer ikke blev modtaget. 2 e-mails og 1 Facebook-meddelelse og intet svar.
Mypets.dk kontaktede mig efter min indledende tillidspilotgennemgang, da de sagde, at de ikke modtog mine e-mails - de gik til spam.
Problemet er nu løst, og jeg er blevet refunderet meget hurtigt, derfor har jeg ændret min anmeldelse.
De leverede varer blev som beskrevet og sendt inden for en rimelig tid. Det er en skam, at de andre varer aldrig ankom - selvom de fortalte mig, at de sendte dem (Det kan gå tabt i posten).

The website is a bit dated and so I was a bit nervous at first -- but now I've been ordering all my cat food with this company and have been so very happy with their communication and fast delivery!

It's also great to see that they are bringing in the highest quality of pet food and not selling the rubbish, it's only the best at affordable prices.
