This was my first use of this website. I initially started to create a card and message but could not get the new user discount to work so thought l would try again the next day. I thought it had worked but it transpired that l had created a second card and l inadvertently ordered duplicate cards to the same person. I immediately went to the Customer Service section of the website but was informed that nothing could be done to cancel one of the cards. I had not asked for delivery that day so could not understand why one card could not be cancelled. I will not be recommending this firm and am very unlikely to use them again. I assume that other people have been caught like this in the past and it just adds to the company's profits! Not a happy customer.

Trying to find a birthday card with the correct verse is not easy when you’re trying to match it with the picture you want but Funky Pigeon came up trumps this time, good picture that was editable and a blank inside that I could add my own verse, very pleased with the outcome.

Great service, nice and easy

I’ll start with my dislike, I wanted to order flowers and a card to be delivered together, for my friends special birthday. As far as I could see the card and flowers would be despatched via seperate couriers, which incurred 2 charges. Sorry if I’ve made a mistake and missed something.
Disappointed i ended up only ordered a card and cancelled the flowers from my order.☹️ other than that I’ve received good service so far with my card order.

Very easy to set up account and straight forward to order and personalise card

Really speedy dispatch but took me 4 attempts to design the card as the editor kept crashing and not recognising anything in my basket. Was very frustrating it took longer than it should have.

Great quality print, good size options and super fast delivery (arrived within 24hrs of ordering the cards)

I ordered a key ring for Fathers Day. The proof looked really good hence why I ordered it but disappointed when it arrived as I couldn’t even see the cat properly as it was printed out too dark

Easy to use website, easy to pay, great offers when you pay up front, so no ned to worry about looking for payment cards.

You cant go wrong with FP...just so easy to get a card..no messing about on the high street..

Nothing went wrong, but you send this the moment I order, better to send AFTER delivery 🤷‍♂️

Fab always use this site for my children's birthday cards . Would recommend a lovely keepsake for a loved one .
