I booked return tickets from Australia to China last night, straightforward return flight with a single major airline, no transfers. 12 hours after making payment I did not receive any communication via email or SMS, even though the payment had been deducted from my bank account. The website showed my order as "processing". When I called customer service, they told me that due to some vague "circumstances", my ticket would take 3 days to issue and that if I wanted to cancel I would need to pay an extra $70. I asked for some kind of written confirmation to be sent to me and received this generic and very unprofessional email:
"Thank you for your patience as we finalize your travel arrangements. We understand that waiting for confirmation can be stressful when you are planning a trip.
Our team is actively working with the airline to secure your e-ticket. This fulfillment process typically takes around 3 days, with a maximum window of 96 hours.
We are monitoring your booking closely and will email your e-ticket as soon as it is issued. You do not need to take any action at this time.
Thank you for your understanding and support.

I asked for an invoice to be sent to me and was told that I had to generate it myself on the website. When I asked for the agent to stay on the line with me while I did that, she flatly refused and upon my insistence said "I can put you on hold for 2 minutes" - then I was placed on hold and after 2 minutes the call automatically disconnected. Then I receive another email saying "your flight is confirmed" and telling me to log on to check my e-ticket, except when I log on, there is no e-ticket and the website still shows my order status as "processing"...
The only saving grace to this experience is that the call centre was easy to get a hold of and that I did manage to generate a receipt from the website, but honestly never would I purchase a ticket through this platform again

So I booked a flight noticed it's with new sir name so asked to changed the sir name with in a min of the booing to witch refused said I had to cancel it with a £30 charge for it. So went through that due to cant except it So pointless told on the phone to go to the online site and cancel process. Done now after 9 months of constant complaint offered a £26 refund for thier mess up? I have phone call recorded when canceled yet didn't get a refund at all??? Worst company ever delt with the calls are done through AI based in a non speaking English country..... warning pay a few extra pounds with another company that don't lie

I have cancelled my flight. Order 1130 757 863. This cancellation is well with 24 hours as legally required . I tyed to e-mail your support and phoning. but I am unable to find an e-mail and the phone number is not in service. I do not wish to wait for so long.

This is a horrible company. Their support team is a joke. They are absolutely useless when you’re stranded in a foreign airport and ask them for help when the airline says to call them since I bought my tickets from this company. They hang up the phone line on you and literally are helpless with any concerns you have. I ended up purchasing another ticket to get back home. Stay away from them, they are terrible

I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN. It was misleading. It showed that no carry on or checked bags included so I added it to my ticket because.......... I need clothes to wear. The fee $163.98 so I called Air Canada and they confirmed that they DO NOT CHARGE for checked bags prior to arrival at the airport. Flight network states that they have an agreement with Air Canada and they can charge at the time of booking.

We purchased return flights to Europe…
We purchased return flights to Europe with checked luggage included. Flight network subsequently cancelled our checked luggage on the outbound journey, despite it having been paid for as part of the booking.
Once we became aware of this change, we requested a refund of the flights so that we could rebook with an airline and fare that included the baggage allowance we require. This request was refused.
As a result, we are now stuck with flights that no longer meet our travel needs and are unable to make alternative arrangements without incurring significant additional costs. We believe it is unreasonable that a key part of the service we purchased has been removed while we have been denied the opportunity to cancel and rebook.
