Extremely rude just on a human level

Extremely rude just on a human level, went inside to their garage,a few people there looked like mechanics just asked if they knew how to walk to the Shaw Lodge flats, all said did not know. Asked next door at car wash and chap was nice saying keep walking and cross over at close by zebra crossing. We are Asian and obviously never go near here again or bother with a Nissan car if I want to drive again.

Excellent dealership

I've just bought a car through vertu citroen derby. They made the whole process very easy and took the stress out. I part exchanged at the same time. All the staff we met were very friendly. And no pressure from the sales department, they were just truly helpful. Trying to accommodate around my budget. Thanks again to the sales team and service department. Can highly recommend. I will be back for my next car.

Took the car in February and told them…

Took the car in February and told them it needed a wet belt as we had trouble with oil they basically called me a liar.plus they never told us about the warranty after our first year service was over the milage when I booked it in i told them that I was on holiday prebooked and paid for so they said it was OK to bring it in afterwards and they never told me that the warranty was cancelled due to this. It is a motability car and they tell lies to motability as my father had a car on motability with this garage and they said he had done 70,000 miles when he had only done 3,000 trying to get money out of a 86 year old man and they are getting extra money out of us this time. After this car we will never go to vauxhall again and if anyone asks us about them we will tell them not to bother stay away from vauxhall Macclesfield. I have a good mind to go to the papers

The service and staff were excellent

The service and staff were excellent, I travelled 1hr and 40 mins to get to them as my local dealer didn’t seem that interested in selling me a used ID Buzz, I had spoken to Scott and couple of times on the phone to say I was coming up to see the vehicle and if I liked it I would be driving it away, well he and the team made it happen, great service and staff.

Good facilities whilst waiting for service - Rainbow Rotherham Branch

Had a motorbike service and waited whilst it was done. Great facilities, decent free coffee and biscuits, desk to work from and super fast free broadband. The service took exactly the time they had quoted and was a little more expensive than my local garage, but worth every penny. I would use this garage again.

Good experience. Helpful knowledgeable staff especially Charlotte and Anna who we dealt with and provided all the information required. Nothing too much bother for them.
