Expect zero customer service. Changing, cancelling, or modifying an order appears to be nearly impossible.
I requested the (partial) cancellation of my order multiple times more than two weeks before the scheduled delivery date. Despite these requests, Sklum still attempted to deliver the item.
After speaking with the carrier, the cancellation was also communicated to Sklum by the carrier, and the item was returned without ever being delivered to me. Nevertheless, Sklum continues to claim that I received the order, which is simply not true.
To date, I have not received a refund for the undelivered item. Due to the lack of resolution and the inaccurate information provided by Sklum, I have initiated legal proceedings to recover the amount owed.
Based on my experience, customer service is unresponsive, provides contradictory information, and fails to properly resolve issues when problems arise. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider this before placing an order.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from start to finish.
First of all, it is frustrating that the company does not offer an installation service and simply leaves all the boxes at your door. We ordered a large dining table with 10 chairs, a lounge set, and several sunbeds, so there was a significant amount of furniture to assemble.
When we opened the boxes, we discovered that one of the wooden dining chairs was completely broken, one of the lounge chairs was damaged, and even the table itself arrived damaged. This was extremely disappointing considering the size and cost of the order.
To make matters worse, we had to repack the damaged items ourselves. Since the original packaging had been completely cut apart during unpacking, we had to purchase new boxes just to return the damaged furniture. We also have no clear indication of when the replacement items will be delivered.
As for the damaged table, we had little choice but to keep it. We could not realistically go weeks without a dining table, and the table is far too large and heavy to move or repack easily. The company offered a 25% discount, which feels inadequate for accepting a damaged product, but waiting several weeks for a replacement was not a practical option for us.
Overall, we are very unhappy with the number of issues we encountered and the amount of time and effort required on our side to resolve problems that should never have occurred in the first place. We expected much better quality control and customer service.

Ordered and came within 4-6 week time frame that was given.
Chairs are great for our outside bar.
I ordered my chairs on the 3rd of May and they have yet to arrive 7 weeks later !!!
