I give a 3 because the class uses high quality ink and although the instructions are very limited — it’s fun and brings a lot of great people together.

During the workshop, when someone asked for extra paper rita said it would cost 120 kr per sheet — you can buy a whole pack online for 85 kr.

I give the kit she sells a 1 — I do not recommend the kit as it’s very low quality with paper that is rolled so doesn’t work well, pad that was not suitable to work on as you need the pad to be flat, droppers that broke easy and the ink and bottles were very bad quality.

I ended up throwing out most of it — and bought 5 inks including gold, silver and bronze, and a pack of A4 paper and A2 paper for 500 kr at a shop. Her kit was 450 kr — not worth it at all.

She messaged me offering to give new ink but at this point I had zero trust. It seems it’s more about money then it is giving a high quality experience.

I had a wonderful experience! Rita is very warm and welcoming. She makes a lovely introduction explaining her work, the technique, her references, ideas, colors and how to proceed. She is all the time ready to assit you and give you some inputs to your idea, use of colors and composition. The result is amazing! And the duration of the workshop is perfect. I definitely recommend to try it.

I recently took part in Pour and Paint Colorflow Ink Workshop by Rita Howis. I was so pleased and happy to try out this amazing way of art. Rita Howis is such a great artist so good at teaching exciting techniques and a lovely person too. My best best recommendations.
