I like Podia, I really do, but then it went sideways. I recently had a launch that almost didn't happen because I couldn't get my sales page done in time. The conflicting answers of how to do exactly what I wanted caused a lot of frustration and lack of progress on my part. Then, when I needed help to add a Google Tag to my site because I was running Google ads in advance of the launch, they didn't bother answering my email at all. Leaving for a competitor and won't be coming back.

Podia recently updated the member/community experience and we have over 300 members on top of our over 100K per year in course sales. Podia support was amazing and so responsive. I appreciated their help navigating the change and even adding features to make life easier for our members (and my staff!).

User friendly platform, responsive and helpful customer support, great features.

Podia is responsive to the needs of creators and is well priced. The longer I'm with Podia. the more angry I become at some of the other chopped platforms (like Patreon) that are out there.

Chandler was responsive, friendly, and over-the-top helpful during a distressing time for me. The problem wasn't even on Podia's end but GoDaddy's. Over 18 days, Chandler walked me through a process that was frankly, GoDaddy's responsibility. It was all resolved today..thanks to Chandler.

The Podia platform is integral to the platform that I have established. There is a bit of a learning curve of course, but the AI bot and the Human Representatives help out a great deal. I am happy with the success I’ve been having with Podia thus far and I’ll be even more excited when changes/updates are made and I can do even more.

I signed up and tested six different all-in-one platforms. Each were robust in one or two areas (such as courses, and email marketing), but weak in others (such as courses and products). I found Podia to be the best all-around solution for my business. After two years with Podia now, I can say I very happy with my choice, especially after realizing that they are constantly improving the platform with new features. 5 out of 5 stars!

It is a platform with a very friendly interface for both the administrator and user accounts. Very prompt and professional. I highly recommend it. From someone who is not so good at the technical side.

I highly recommend Podia to anyone looking to host online courses, build a great website, or use integrated mailing and marketing tools. It also handles integrations, community building, coaching sessions, and digital downloads like audio and PDFs. But above all, I recommend them for their human support. While their AI, Penny, is always there to help, if you ask to speak to a human, you usually get a response within the hour. It’s a genuine exchange with video tutorials and direct assistance. I truly appreciate it. A five-star experience, without a doubt!

The team at Podia is so helpful, and the platform has evolved and been updated with feature improvements several times over the past couple years. It's great to see the continued progress toward a greater product.

I really like this platform
I have been using it since 2021, and i have seen it evolve. The podia team has always been available and reactive and there is a constructive connection with them through the creator's community.
Of course no plaform is perfect, and there is always room for improvment but overall it fits my needs and brings satisfying value for the price. The availability of the whole team, including the founders, in the creators community creates such a safe space! It is the best feature so far ;) Us courses creators are not speaking in a void and it makes such a big difference.

Chandler stayed with me while I was trying to understand how to do the custom domain thing. He reassured me that it would go through and it did!!
He took the time to double-check "under the hood" and made sure everything I did was right. I LOVE Podia. I am leaving Teachable--horrible and too expensive. Podia is just what my one-person school and business needed. Flexible, beautiful, easy. Thanks!

Podia so far has been an absolute dream to work with. Super user friendly ( I am NOT a tech genius by any stretch of the imagination lol.) The thing I am MOST impressed w though is their support.
