We have been using Match-Trader as a Platform for our company, and they are hands down the best company to deal with.

Not only do they have an excellent trading environment for our traders and one of the best trading platforms out there, but as far as Business to Business goes, they have been fantastic.

We have been working closely with Batlomiej, and he has been an incredible help to us.

Since September 12, 2025, I've been trying to log in through the website, the app, iOS, or Android, but it won't let me. No one provides support. I have my accounts in TFT. On the 12th, I scheduled one transaction in each account, and to date, I haven't been able to close those transactions or schedule new ones. This is a scam.

The platforms works our traders can place trades. But the backend for managers is really clunky. Pulling reports is a slow process and the UI looks like it's from 2010. Simple tasks like finding a specific client's full history takes too many clicks. We've mentioned this multiple times but there have been no design updates. The core trading tech is fine but the management side needs a complete overhaul. It's functional but a frustrating tool to use every day.

Match Trader is a fantastic platform, I really like the way it's updating without having to download updates. The news feed, ROI and general mechanics are excellent.

Set up was quick and everything felt smooth from day one.

I’ve been using the Match-Trader white label for six months and, if I’m honest, the new interface feels like my FAVE hub. Everything sits where it should be and my junior traders learned it in a day, LOL, fewer tickets for me.

Match trader it's very scam . They were changed the name . Before it's was called as stuart winston. They were Cheated me don't believe them they were dangerous scam alert. Mr. Dev from stuart winston. All are sri lanka people. They are having cheating group. Please don't believe 😭😭🙏

The platform randomly closed my open trade after a few minutes in profit, take profit was still over 350 pips away, making this platform self aware in conniving ways. I'm very disappointed such manipulation exists.

This is by far the worst trading platform I’ve ever used. Even if you’re a consistently profitable trader, you’ll get taken out by insane spreads and brutal slippage. On top of that, it’s extremely slow and unreliable.

If you're with Funding Pips, do yourself a favor—DO NOT use this platform. You’ll just be throwing your money away. Spend the extra $10 and use cTrader instead—it’s way more stable and efficient.

This platform? Absolutely NOT. Stay far away! 🚫

This platform is the worst I have ever come across. If you are a scalper, it will execute your order 20 pips below or above and close it 20 pips below or above. It will literally take half of your profits in slippage. AVOID IT AT ANY COST!

moved my stoploss at breakeven but platform did not respect that and i ended up taking a loss, there should be a way to put 0 stars on trustpilot

It's very bad service, when you contact support, they never reply to me.

Matchtrade support scam firm OFP who doesnt pay traders, be fair and support legal firms, for purchased Account you become money

Very poor platform. the tp is always less than what you input and the sl they take more than what was stated earlier. which means in a couple of trades the amount lost is signficant. No wonder some shady prop firms use it

Terrible customer service.You will never see your money, story upon story and more money to be paid to release your money. Ca "lmosh" ub, was my last hope which I can recomend for others .

Their customer service is a joke. I tried to get help multiple times and was met with silence. Save yourself the hassle and go with (Equity Pathway). Their customer service is top-notch, and they actually solve problems instead of ignoring them.

I was switched to this platform from a challenge on Blue Guardian after they dropped the cTrader platform which was LIGHTYEARS ahead of Match Trader. Haven't been able to go more than 2-3 days without major bugs. Just today I closed a trade at breakeven just to see it hit SL 15mins later and I have no idea how it re-opened the trade. Also, once in a while it will completely ignore the SLs and TPs. All these things never happened before on any other platform. I'm at as point where I want to just gamble and blow this account so I can switch prop firm/platform. I really like Blue Guardian but that platform really killed it for me.. I don't understand how you can go from cTrader to this.

Very high slippage. Lost a lot of money upon market resumption and it's no where close to my SL. Haaa... And it lags a lot. The delay is frustrating. I literally have to wait, refresh, wait, refresh again. Just to access my positions. The execution is so slow I'd intend to enter one position but I'd think may be i didn't press the button and I'll press the BUY/SELL button again only to have 2 opened positions or more.
