the bike valve stem is not reachable and and we r not able to air the tires but its a decent bike

As a motorcycle enthusiast, I thought this would be a fun product for the kids.
What surprised me most was how much joy it brought to them. The excitement, smiles, and endless requests for “just one more ride” said everything I needed to know 😁👍🏼
One of the coolest features is that the speed can be adjusted, allowing younger and older kids to enjoy the bike at a level that feels comfortable and safe.
The sound effects and lighting make it feel surprisingly close to a real motorcycle, and the smoke effect is a huge hit. Just add water, and it produces realistic exhaust-style smoke that had the kids completely fascinated.
It’s these little details that make the experience feel special and much more immersive than a typical ride-on toy.
The bike is well designed, easy to use, and is definitely a high quality product.

My kids love their motorcycles! We get comments everywhere they go. The sounds, the lights, the steam, the details. You can control the speed if you have daredevils. Training wheels are nice. But I think all adults wish we had theses as kids. Such a great Sturdy product and easy to set up. Of course, wear your helmets!

We are extremely happy with Hyper Gogo! We purchased the Cruise 12 Plus for our son, and it has exceeded all of our expectations. The bike is well-built, easy to use, and most importantly, our son absolutely loves it.

What surprised us even more was how much everyone around us loved it too. Every time we bring it out, friends, family, and fellow riders ask about it and want to try it. The design, quality, and fun factor make it stand out from anything else we’ve seen.

Because of the incredible response and our positive experience, we decided to purchase two more bikes to raffle off at our motorcycle club event. That’s how confident we are in the product and the joy it brings to kids and families.

We bought two Hyper GOGO electric motorcycles for our sons, Yusuf and Samir, and they absolutely love them!

The bikes are well-made, easy to use, and perfect for kids. The design looks amazing, and the sound effects and lights make the experience even more fun. The battery life has been great, and the motorcycles have provided hours of outdoor entertainment.

As parents, we appreciate the quality, safety features, and durability. The bikes were easy to assemble, and both of our boys were excited to ride them right away.

If you're looking for a fun and exciting ride for your kids, we highly recommend Hyper GOGO motorcycles. Seeing the smiles on Yusuf and Samir's faces was worth every penny!

We love hyper gogo.. it’s a fast bike and my daughter loves it! She has the biggest smile on her face!

Our experience this product has been endlessly frustrating unfortunately. We live in Manitoba, Canada and so we only get to use the motorcycle in summers. My daughter got it for Christmas in 2024 and we first used it in May 2025. After about 1 week, it seemed to stop charging. The light would stay steady green. I ordered a new charger and paid $80 CAD in shipping. This did not fix it and actually when I plugged it in, the charging port would spark. I then contacted Hypergogo about this. They sent me a new motherboard on warranty but I still had to pay shipping. They also couldn't ship to my house so I shipped it to my brothers who lives 5 hours away. They said they would email me videos on how to replace. They never did (well I got the email 6 months later actually) and so we figured it out on our own. This worked. But unfortunately the motherboard was a different size than the original one and so it causes some jostling inside the housing and a wire came loose. We were able to fix the wire with a connector but then again, it didn't charge. We replaced the charging port with a spare that came with the motherboard. Finally it worked and my daughter enjoyed it the rest of summer. Come spring 2026 and the dang thing will not charge again. Same issue as the first time. The bike turns on but the charger stays a steady green, doesn't turn red to indicate charging so eventually the battery ran out of juice. I contacted them again and we tried a new charging port, paid shipping again and this did not fix the problem. I am at a bit of a loss at this point and with the amount of money spent vs the amount of time it has worked....not worth it. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the Hypergogo team has tried to be helpful, though the delay in videos to help fix it was odd. I don't know if this product is of very good quality and so far as just provided me with a very sad 4 (now 5) year old girl and a headache for me.

Update: I sent an email to Shirley as suggested below a week ago and have heard nothing back from her.

Update 2: I tried emailing Shirley again about 1.5 weeks ago now (over 2 .5 weeks now since original email) and no response yet again. Feels like they responded to my review just to make it look like they are helpful. I would remove a star at this point but it won't let me. Down to 1 star in my mind. When it worked it was a nice product but its a pricey purchase to chance getting a faulty product and no customer support for it. I read other reviews who also claimed support was poor but took a chance for our motorcycle loving girl. Would not buy again.

This brand is amazing! My 2 year old is obsessed with his hypergogo motorcycle and loves to share it with his friends as well. They are so well made and just a great product all around. Highly recommend at least one for every family!

My nephew loved the bike. He would not go to sleep because of how much he liked riding it. Quality is amazing and price was very reasonable. Would 100% buy from hyper go again ✅

My daughter loves the hypergogo, she can ride while playing her favorito songs and exhausting steam. Truly a great gift for any kid.

1st day kickstand broke, then tire had no air, tried to put air but the stem is up against the rim[stupid design] had to force it and it broke cap and scraped rim. My daughter ordered training wheels that was not in box..for 500 you would think there wouldn't be a problem, the forks was packaged with no foam or anything and this is made in America..

My son loves the product. It’s great quality! Also, the shipping was fast and company is very responsive. I’d give them a 10 out of 10!

We got the HYPER GOGO chopper for our daughter Harper, and it has been a huge hit. The styling is what immediately sets it apart from other ride on toys. It actually looks like a miniature motorcycle rather than a typical kids toy.

The build quality has been solid, the battery lasts long enough for plenty of riding around the neighborhood, and the lights, sounds, and Bluetooth speaker make it even more exciting for kids. Harper loves showing it off to friends and always asks to ride it whenever we’re outside.

The speed feels fun without being intimidating, and the different speed settings helped her build confidence as she got more comfortable riding. Assembly was straightforward, and everything worked right out of the box.

If you’re looking for a unique electric ride on that your kids will genuinely be excited about, I would absolutely recommend the HYPER GOGO. It has provided hours of entertainment and has easily become one of Harper’s favorite outdoor toys.

My kiddos absolutely Love there Hypergogo Motorcycles! 🏍️ They are built incredibly well and feel like you are riding a real motorcycle. The sound effects, lights, and smoke are such a fun bonus! I love that they have made larger sized that my bigger kiddos can ride! There is a Hypergogo for everyone in the family. 👍🏼
