I called in today and talked with Joy Davis. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, very patient with me because I usually have quite a few questions, so pleasant to talk with and explain things very easily, so I could understand what I was needing to know, I called to inquire about the procedure for the next time I order. She spelled it out for me and I completely understood.
She gave me options. Instructed me what I needed to do.
I also talked with the group about my rate to see if I could get it lowered considering I’m on Social Security.
I was very pleasantly surprised, pleased if they gave me $100 off each month.
My experience with DIRECT MEDS has been very very good since we started getting our medicine through you. My husband gets his medicine with your cat as well.
I have nothing but praises.

I was stumbling through an order (I’m 77) and needed some assistance. I luckily got Gregory Elliott. He knew what he was doing answering every question I asked and answered with patience walking me through the process. I could tell he takes pride in doing what he does and willing to help. He’s a gem!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Not one thing during this transaction was truthful. In fact during the course of the transaction when I went to pay - my bank itself tried to tell me. They flagged it as fraud and I made the mistake of assuming it had to do with the out of ordinary purchase. Nope it was full on fraud from the start. I am now sitting on the phone with my bank, a little time to kill and letting everyone know if they flag your transaction as fraud - please know, it's because it is. Stop now if you can. and if you didn't get that little notice, think twice before you proceed.
