Super service

Great communication. Easy to track delivery with notifications of the delivery window and options for delivery that are selectable online. Package arrived very quickly with no damage, which is so much better than recent experience with a red branded competitor.

Consistently good service..

Consistently good - delivery on time. Friendly driver, handles the parcels with care. Particularly grateful to the driver for the careful handling of our heavy and fragile parcel. Great service - thank you!

Satisfactory all round

The delivery was on time, on the right day. The pre delivery communication was good. The courier was friendly and waited for me to answer the door (30 seconds), instead of using the 'leave it on the ground and scarper' method, that has become commonplace with some couriers. Satisfactory all round.
