I bought a set of furniture covers because I was tired of looking at the stains my kids had managed to leave on the dining chairs over the years. The material feels much nicer than I expected and doesn't have that thin, stretchy feel some covers do. Everything fitted surprisingly well without needing constant adjustment. I also had a question about washing instructions and customer support got back to me quickly with a clear answer. Small thing but it left a really positive impression.

Customer service but no response.
Save your money and deal with a recognised supplier.

Refuse to release the return address…
My elderly mother purchased a kettle which was not as robust as she expected so wished to return it. The company refuse to release the return address without photos and she does not use a smartphone or have someone nearby who can take photos on her behalf. They still refuse to help, even though this is not a UK requirement to return an item within 14 days.
The company address provided is a residential street in London. Can only assume it’s a total scam. Am also reporting to trading standards and watchdog and suggest others do the same.

Their amazing Customer Service
Their amazing Customer Service! Iam so tired of businesses ignoring problems or issues and their CC saying and/ or doing as little as possible-if anything- and being utterly hopeless. So I was amazed when I received an almost instant reply to my issue, asking for some information ghat would help them chase up my purchase. I returned that info and right away another really helpful and polite reply. The package actually arrived just after I sent the information back but that message was also received and acknowledged instantly. What a treat! And how great that at least somewhere in this frequently aggressive and rude place there are still some "good'uns" around! 😊

Metal garden sculpture…
I ordered a metal garden sculpture which has just been delivered. The product is fine and very much as I expected it to be, although it took almost a month from ordering to delivery. The delay seems to have been after the package arrived with the UK courier service. However Ahede's customer service contact, Amelia, was very helpful and responded promptly to my emails, and chased the order up with the courier. Overall it was a satisfactory experience despite the lengthy wait.

Trying to return lights to this company…
Trying to return lights to this company but they are now telling me that I have to pay for them to be shipped to China. They are a UK business and the UK Business and Consumer Rights Act confirms that I only have to send it back to their UK business. I see that others have had the same issue with returns. BEWARE when ordering from this company. NO VAT invoices, NO Returns, NO phones answered. I am now left with reporting them to Trading Standards.

Comfortable and easy to wear
I’ve tried a few bunion correctors before and most of them felt uncomfortable, but this one actually fits really well. Doesn’t feel awkward when wearing it and it’s pretty comfortable overall. Only thing I’d change is making the sizing guide a bit clearer.

The wireless charger lamp, which is installed beside the bed, seems to be the best. The modern design is captivating; the lamp also has a bright light. Moreover, it can charge my phone in a few minutes. The box was nice, and the delivery was fast.
