Ho trovato un whisky scozzese fantastico al miglior prezzo che abbia mai visto (persino più economico di quanto non sarebbe stato nel duty free di un aeroporto scozzese, pazzesco). L'ho ordinato la sera tardi alle 22:30 ed è arrivato la mattina successiva a mezzogiorno. Un servizio incredibile! Il corriere tra l'altro sembrava molto cordiale. Veramente soddisfatta, comprerò ancora da loro.

Respinto alla dogana, rispedito al mittente in UK... e invece no! L'hanno perso nel loro hub internazionale di Coventry. Dal 18 agosto dice che il pacco è stato "exported from the UK" ma nessuno sa dirmi dove. Però non mi hanno notificato di averlo perso, ho dovuto chiamarli io per mesi e mesi per capire che fine avesse fatto il pacco (che conteneva effetti personali di valore sentimentale inestimabile). Vergognoso.

Iscritta da poche ore sono stata contattata da un uomo che cercava prestazioni indecenti e non certo ripetizioni. La piattaforma non offre alcuna possibilità di bloccare e segnalare contatti indesiderati. Se io avessi pagato per l'account premium, inoltre, questo pazzo avrebbe avuto accesso anche al mio numero di cellulare oltre che al mio nome, cognome e foto. Lui invece può scrivermi e importunarmi nell'anonimato più totale. Non essendoci possibilità di bloccare utenti, è tutto il giorno che questo matto mi manda messaggi. Un'esperienza terrificante, rischio altissimo di stalking. Segnalato alla piattaforma, nessun tipo di risposta ricevuta.

What a sorry excuse for a delivery service. They're a third party so you'll have to go through them for any enquiry. I sent a suitcase three months ago and it's now lost somewhere in Europe. Their costumer service is an absolute joke and they don't even communicate with you if anything goes wrong with the delivery, you're expected to chase things up every step of the way. You're left talking with some useless, fake-named bot on the online chat who will do nothing to help except say "sorry for the inconvenience". I contacted the courier company (parcelmonkey are just resellers) and they told me they receive a high volume of complaints by parcelmonkey costumers. Avoid, there are much better services out there. Worst experience I ever had, and I still don't know where my suitcase is.

I am pretty convinced that they have a lot of fake positive reviews here. The app is a useless waste of time. You scan 100 items and they will take maybe 3 dvds if you're lucky. Final result: you wasted an entire afternoon to get 1 quid, which isn't even enough to get their courier to pick up. As a result i am now sitting in a room fully of dusty dvds and I have to waste even more time putting them back where they were. Wish I could go back in time and not download this app.
