arXiv Governance Model

arXiv is governed by a Board of Directors. Day-to-day operations are led by the Chief Executive Officer and executed by our staff, with the help of numerous volunteer subject moderators and guidance from the arXiv Editorial Advisory Council, Institutions Advisory Council, and Science Advisory Council.
