I ordered a general mystery box. It was well packed and arrived on time. None of the items were of any use to me but I gave them to friends who enjoyed them.

I love the blue jumper...it fits well. BUT, there is a small hole at the front. Therefore, only three stars. Not up to you your usual good standards.

Yodel deliveries are fine but the courier always leaves items in the car or van instead of opening the back door and placing the package inside as other couriers do.

Package arrived safely and on time. In future, I would prefer the courier to open back door and place package inside....no need to knock or ring....just pop it indoors.

The goods were very well packed. It was disappointing that the tins contained loose leaf tea, rather than tea bags. I had checked the instructions for use and that mentioned pouring boiling water on a tea bag!!!
The lids are very difficult to remove from the tins.

I have bought various flours, dried herbs, dried onions, pasta, jams and more from Health Supplies. Everything was excellent apart from one item - a stem ginger cake which was very dry. jams
The goods are really well packed. Will be shopping again soon!

Difficult to review Hermes as our local couriers collect our packages from Hermes in Inverness. All I can say is that Hermes delivers everything safely to Inverness! 😁 Thank you!

Fine!
Happy with the service from Hermes. Goods mostly arrive on time. Occasional glitches but I suspect that they are caused by local couriers who pick up the packages from Hermes......not Hermes themselves.
