Ignored Cancellation and Ongoing Payment Demands Extremely Frustrating and Unprofessional Handling
I took out a loan on January 16 and cancelled it on the very same day within the legal withdrawal period. I immediately sent a written cancellation (Widerruf) and returned the full amount via refund through Trustly using my Revolut account. I also provided proof of the refund.
It has now been more than 20 working days. I have received no confirmation of cancellation, no acknowledgment of the returned funds, and no proper response from customer service.
Despite this, I continue to receive payment requests as if the loan was never cancelled.
This lack of communication and failure to process a legally submitted cancellation and refund is extremely concerning. For a financial service provider, this level of professionalism is unacceptable.
I expect this matter to be resolved immediately.
