Fitters arrived on time - remove and replace front door and back with French doors. Both fitters were pleasant, respectful and very efficient. Very tidy, removed all rubbish, swept and cleared working area.Excellent customer service from all staff, from first contact till completion.

Really easy from start to finish. Ordering was simple and no sales pitch just recommendations then fitted within about 4 weeks. Arrived on time, no mess and done quickly. If it wasn’t for the lovely new door you’d never have thought they’d been!

Recently I have had three installations from srj the latest being a new kitchen door and window, each time from the initial call to the completed installation was done in a very professional manner, I cannot fault srj and would highly recommend them.

From start to finish everything was done professionally. The salesperson was pleasant and up front about costs. The fitters and the person who came to measure everything was extremely helpful.

We were looking to replace our front door and initially drawn to SRJ as they have a large showroom with an extensive range on display. We spoke with a member of the team there who provided information to help us with our choices. The next step was for someone to call round and discuss the various options available and if requested, provide an estimate. Darrel was very knowledgeable, he spent time with us explaining various details, features and considerations which helped us narrow down the door for us and we were more than happy to proceed with SRJ and the price quoted. Following a survey, the door was ordered and a day arranged for it to be fitted. Jack and Murray did an excellent job, professional, courteous and tidy. Within the week a plasterer attended to finish the surround.

Throughout the process, we have been impressed with each and every member of the team we have had contact with, in person and on the phone, the level and standard of communication and the quality of work and attention to detail. The door has been in place now for about 2 months and we are very happy with it. We would not hesitate to recommend SRJ Windows and indeed, should we come to replace our windows, we will call on them.

Installation was quick and efficient. The window fitters were prompt, polite and friendly and were respectful of my property. They made an excellent job of installing my windows and cleaned up well afterwards.

I always go back to SRJ. Good value, quality and professional installations. Over the last couple of years, I have had 6 windows and two doors on my house. I got two doors installed on my mum's house. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Not the cheapest, but in my opinion, they are the best. Very friendly and helpful office and installation staff.
