Top class company
When I bought a product from RPM I bought it because it was the best value product on the market and exactly what I required. What I found incredible was the after sales support received. I had a small issue with the product and the team replied promptly with troubleshooting videos and followed up with an in person call to ensure that everything was working as expected. I found this level of after sales care extraordinary with a special mention to Rory for his call and help. Top class all round

24kgs adjustable dumbells. Good product, rapid delivery
I ordered the adjustable 24kgs dumbells. Excellent experience overall as the order got delivered the very next day!
Had a minor issue with one of the dumbell adjusting know being stuck, but it was easy enough to find to find a YouTube video for an easy fix using the reset button.
Haven't faced the issue since.
Overall, the dumbells seem to be of high quality and feel like they could stand the test of time.

RPM were great to deal with from start…
RPM were great to deal with from start to finish. We visited the showroom twice to take a look at the machines and see what we needed. Staff were great showing us how to use them.
Chloe was great to deal with when ordering as we ordered 3 machines and had to make some admendments once our shed went up.
We also went with the delivery/install option. Eriq and Mark did a great install for us. Efficient, tidy and knew exactly where to put things.
Thanks to everyone at RPM power - made our home gym a reality.

Hi Alexander, thank you for your order and feedback. This order was delivered via the pallet network which is the only option available to 99% of companies in Ireland and the UK. Depending on location different hauliers will take ownership of delivery. Delivering pallets is not as simple as courier deliveries with a lot more chance for complications. Appreciate the feedback but the network is the only option available, and there is certainly different levels of service with 1000s of different operators. We would love everything to go smooth all of the time but our influence is limited to a certain extent. We try our best to ensure customers get the best service possible, but we have to rely on third party operators to do the final delivery.
