They should make it clear to customers that you cannot return the prints, even the generic artworks. We are not happy with how it looks and are stuck with it now.

Easy to install, clear instructions and tools provided. I bought 2 big pieces and they look wonderful on my wall.

I bought a large "poster" set, for a sheltered outdoor area. The process of assembling was relatively easy (It's a bit cumbersome with the mounting tool, and it wasn't easy to know where the middle would be as the edge of the tool isn't the edge of the poster - so we had to put it up again, but doable was we had bought extra tape. ) After a year, the poster fell down and nearly all the mounting tab's were broken off.

I wrote to customer service to see if I could buy more, and showed pictures of tabs in the poster still. They were very kind and responded quickly, putting the new tabs in the mail same day. That's customer service!

Sometimes you have to have a problem to know if the company really stands behind their product - know these guys do! (I recommend if mounting outside, mount 2 full tabs instead of the full + circle clips -- but you may not have enough - but use all your extras! I think they should have a separate "outdoor mounting" kit ;) But that's a continuous improvement suggestion not a product fault.

We love our plate tiles. We did not use them on the wall, instead redid our dining room tabletop with them! Beautiful outcome!

I did a collage of lots of our students past & present and positivity quotes cards, all came out fab & really good quality. Will definately be ordering some more as want to add pics of our new students later in the year.

I recently moved to The Netherlands from the USA and my apartment walls were barren and dull. With several IXXI products, they look so much better! IXXI’s are easy to put together and can be hung without damaging the walls; everything needed is included in each package. It’s not “Old Dutch Masters,” but there is a tremendous variety of quirky, colorful drawings and beautiful photography.

Great Product. I have many. On this occasion the customer service actually delayed delivery as I had an unexpected trip, after I had made the order. It took only one e-mail and delivery was the day after I returned. What great personal service from their customer department. Will be buying even more in the future.

Good quality, good design, good price and easy to assemble. The only negative is that I should have ordered a bigger size!

-2 star, as it seems to be KI generated art. I like real art and I think you need to face out if something ist KI generated or done as artist. Pitty. Quality itself is nice and if you do not take a closer look, the motif is very nice and the colours are awesome.
It's a bit pricy but overall it worths the price.

Even though in general I don’t have patience, I really enjoyed assembling and installing ixxi.
Great quality of print and accessories, super fast delivery too - I would only suggest to create the hanging tool bigger and friendly if it’s a big print and also an Up-to-date installation instructions video.

Easy assembly, great quality and beautiful design!

Cheap looking- strange to just stick photos on a wall without a frame or at least have a more solid base for the photos.

I recently reached out to IXXI’s customer service regarding a misprinted Mickey Mouse Pixel collection wall art piece, which was a gift. Unfortunately, my experience with their support team was deeply disappointing.

The piece was purchased trough a third party, this type of resellers are listed on their own website. The issue with the art piece was that it has visible misprints (dark banding across multiple tiles). They informed me that the design is discontinued, making a replacement or repair crucial as I can not simply buy another one.

Despite providing photos and explaining the sentimental value of the item, IXXI’s support team (Daniëlle) redirected me back to the retailer, who in turn directed me back to IXXI, stating it was a manufacturer’s quality issue.

IXXI’s stance was that they could not help because it was a third-party purchase (even though they list and approve these resellers, amongst these are several museums (Museo del Prado, Van Gogh museum, Rijksmuseum) design shops and even Disney official merchandise website.
They offered no alternatives—no replacement tiles, repair guidance, or access to leftover stock. The only suggestion was to go back to the store, which had already refused assistance.

This in incredibly frustrating because IXXI list resellers on their website, yet takes zero responsibility for defective products sold through them. And even if they discontinued the design this shouldn’t mean zero accountability—especially when the defect is clearly a manufacturing flaw. If you buy from an IXXI reseller, be aware that the company will not stand behind their product if something goes wrong.

After several emails, in which they were super polite but honestly entirely unhelpful, they stopped answering all together, leaving me with a defective item and no solution.

IXXI had multiple opportunities to assist but chose not to, extremely disheartening from a brand that claims to value craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Would not recommend unless buying directly from their website—and even then, I’d be cautious.

Love the artwork I received! It came quickly and the instructions, tools and pieces to assemble this were spot on. I actually enjoyed assembling this which is a rarity for me 🙂. The end result in my home office is perfect!
